POPS Do ideas matter?

Interesting perspective by Chris Dixon (@cdixon) about investing in people, not ideas. Though i totally get what he's saying, i'm not so sure i agree. I'd say you need both. That said, I suppose if i had to pick one, i'd pick the right team and have faith they'd work it out.
