POPSRealy? How much will it take to get you to CONSIDER it as a possibility Yes, I know...I'm crazy, a moon bat, a wing nut, a paranoid delusional, hell maybe I'm even psychotic...but if I am, why are they passing the laws? Why has habeas Corpus been done away with? Why can the Government now surveil American Citizens without a court order? Why has the 4th Amendment been (for all practical purposes) been suspended? You remember it? Amendment IV (the Fourth Amendment) to the United States Constitution is one of the provisions included in the Bill of Rights. The Amendment guards against unreasonable searches and seizures, and was originally designed as a response to the controversial writs of assistance (a type of general search warrant), which were a significant factor behind the American Revolution.

POPSThe God gene: Is it in you? What makes some "know" there is God and others refute it as idiocy? It has been said that faith is a gift from God and as it turns out thegift may be hardwired to the genome. The path to God was never meant to be other than an individual pursuit. Om Nama Shivaya.

POPSWar monger Obliterate is an interesting word it means S: (v) obliterate (do away with completely, without leaving a trace) Women, children, babies, dogs, cats, people just trying to live, just like you. Perhaps a better question is, what will the U.S. do to Israel if they engage Iran in an unprovoked attack? Lets not forget, Israel is the only power in the region that has nukes, like 40 of them or something. Alas though, the U.S. will do nothing except attack Iran for the sake of Israel. No more blood shed for Israel.

POPSWake up and smell the fascism Yet at the same time, US officials have continued to characterize the USA as a "nation of laws" and one that in the "war on terror" is committed to what it calls the "non-negotiable demands of human dignity", including the "rule of law" That government is best which governs least. -- Thomas Paine Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom must, like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it." -- Thomas Paine

POPSWhere do they find these people? The bigger question may be, can we take them back. Call me a stickler, but maybe assigning jailer responsibilities to sadists may not be a great idea, just a thought.

POPSWhat is wrong with you people? Another illegal war, because of a boogie man that may not exist. Think about this for just a minute, using this logic, we would have attacked the USSR... "Freedom is not defined by safety. Freedom is defined by the ability of citizens to live without government interference. Government cannot create a world without risks, nor would we really wish to live in such a fictional place. Only a totalitarian society would even claim absolute safety as a worthy ideal, because it would require total state control over its citizens’ lives. Liberty has meaning only if we still believe in it when terrible things happen and a false government security blanket beckons." Ron Paul

POPSPresidential isn't he? I was a Republican when they were actually conservative, I voted for this.... Seriously; I repent, there are few things I have done in my life that I actually feel the need to repent for, but throwing my freedom away is one i likely will live to regret, hell, I already do.

POPSHome sweet home brought to you by. . . What do you mean an influx of immigrants? Do you mean people pouring across the porous borders that this administration has refused to secure? Why do we need a detention facility for people that you are allowing into the country freely? Who is this facility really being built to house and why? For what purpose? When the Nazis came for the communists, I remained silent; I was not a communist. When they locked up the social democrats, I remained silent; I was not a social democrat. When they came for the trade unionists, I did not speak out; I was not a trade unionist. When they came for the Jews, I remained silent; I wasn't a Jew. When they came for me, there was no one left to speak out. --Martin Niemöller

POPSOne more segway to the national I.D. Card I see this as one more excuse for the federal government to implement the broad sweeping ID card. Why isn't the social security number and historic audit methodologies enough? Seriously folks wake up, no rule of Habeous corpus, dissapearing freedom of speech, Nationalized ID, open borders, endless illegal war, spying on citezens.....stand up before you are force to stand at the barel of an M-16

POPSThrough the bums OUT! GAO Report on Government Credit Card Abuse: we the people need to take a serious look around, stop listening to the pundit-of-the-minute or the latest rabid talking head and TAKE AMERICA BACK! I don't know what has to happen in this country for people to wake the hell up and realize that these people, our elected officials, don't necessarily have our best interests at heart. /to the contrary. what i see is a bunch of self serving elitists that think we are a part and parcel l of their personal fiefdom. TAKE AMERICA BACK, THROW THE BUMS OUT!

POPS151 Congressmen Derive Financial Profit From War Follow the money. War is a racket that hides behind concepts like terror, patriotism, god and the like. It is greed in one form or another that fuels man's need for war, greed is one of the highest forms of evil and there seems no end of it in our species.

POPSThere is only one viable answer. VOTE RON PAUL 2008! Its time to take the government away from the elite and put it back where it belongs; in the hands of the people. Government should be afraid of the people not the other way around. RON PAUL 2008 (Google it)

POPSCounter-terror cops tote machine guns in the subways in new crackdown
Is this really the world you want to live in? I don't by the crap that this is the world we have been given by the "terrorists" this is a world we have allowed those in power to foist upon us; one more example of perpetual infatileism or if you prefer perpetual child hood in which the state takes all of your freedoms in exchange for the perception of safety. We have become weak and pathetic, people gladly laying down their freedoms because of a perceived evil. Here's a bit of news for you...there has always been risk and danger in the natural world, that is what has insured the survival of our species, the ability to confront danger individually and survive, or die trying. Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety. --Franklin We are a weak and apathetic people, chasing the illusions of wealth and comfort and willingly giving up our unalienable rights...we WILL live to regret our apathy

POPSWhy are we as a people so dumb? Seriously you consume sound bites and think it is truth. You consume advertising and opinion shaping and think you are having an original thought. Do you honestly think ANYONE running for office has ANY thing in common with you, a person in the working middle class? “She’s a working mom,” the article says....yeah a multi-millionaire, lying ass elitist that has nothing but contempt for you.... Just so you don't make the mistake thinking I'm biased or a partisan I think the same thing about Obama, McCain, bush and the entire lot of them.... Other than base biological imperatives and basic human mechanical functioning, they have no commonality with the "people" This kind of crap infuriates me, let me say it again. whether you realize it or not...You are a Sharecropper on the corporate plantation. Be awake, look around at the reality of the struggling poor and disappearing middle class and know, your apathy is part of the damn problem.
