POPSMassachusetts Bakery Distributes Wheat Berries for Customers to Grow in Their Yards the old ways are often touted as being the best, this is an idea who's time has come back around. We have made some fundamental mistakes allowing our food production to go corporate, this may be a start at reclaiming our agrarian birthright. The further a thing moves away from it's center, the more corrupt it becomes, perhaps it is time to revisit the concept of village.

POPSWhy are we as a people so dumb? Seriously you consume sound bites and think it is truth. You consume advertising and opinion shaping and think you are having an original thought. Do you honestly think ANYONE running for office has ANY thing in common with you, a person in the working middle class? “She’s a working mom,” the article says....yeah a multi-millionaire, lying ass elitist that has nothing but contempt for you.... Just so you don't make the mistake thinking I'm biased or a partisan I think the same thing about Obama, McCain, bush and the entire lot of them.... Other than base biological imperatives and basic human mechanical functioning, they have no commonality with the "people" This kind of crap infuriates me, let me say it again. whether you realize it or not...You are a Sharecropper on the corporate plantation. Be awake, look around at the reality of the struggling poor and disappearing middle class and know, your apathy is part of the damn problem.

POPSIn Search of a Test-Tube Hamburger Ok, PETA...you need to keep your nose and money out of franken-food creation. You self righteous SOB's are misguided in this stupidity. HOW ABOUT SOME CONCERN FOR THE ANIMALS (US HUMANS) Ingesting this ungodly abomination? Listen, if you want to pollute your system with god-only-knows-what, that's on you, but your money would be better spent elsewhere.

POPSCounter-terror cops tote machine guns in the subways in new crackdown
Is this really the world you want to live in? I don't by the crap that this is the world we have been given by the "terrorists" this is a world we have allowed those in power to foist upon us; one more example of perpetual infatileism or if you prefer perpetual child hood in which the state takes all of your freedoms in exchange for the perception of safety. We have become weak and pathetic, people gladly laying down their freedoms because of a perceived evil. Here's a bit of news for you...there has always been risk and danger in the natural world, that is what has insured the survival of our species, the ability to confront danger individually and survive, or die trying. Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety. --Franklin We are a weak and apathetic people, chasing the illusions of wealth and comfort and willingly giving up our unalienable rights...we WILL live to regret our apathy

POPS151 Congressmen Derive Financial Profit From War Follow the money. War is a racket that hides behind concepts like terror, patriotism, god and the like. It is greed in one form or another that fuels man's need for war, greed is one of the highest forms of evil and there seems no end of it in our species.

POPSWar monger Obliterate is an interesting word it means S: (v) obliterate (do away with completely, without leaving a trace) Women, children, babies, dogs, cats, people just trying to live, just like you. Perhaps a better question is, what will the U.S. do to Israel if they engage Iran in an unprovoked attack? Lets not forget, Israel is the only power in the region that has nukes, like 40 of them or something. Alas though, the U.S. will do nothing except attack Iran for the sake of Israel. No more blood shed for Israel.

POPSWhere do they find these people? The bigger question may be, can we take them back. Call me a stickler, but maybe assigning jailer responsibilities to sadists may not be a great idea, just a thought.

POPSThrough the bums OUT! GAO Report on Government Credit Card Abuse: we the people need to take a serious look around, stop listening to the pundit-of-the-minute or the latest rabid talking head and TAKE AMERICA BACK! I don't know what has to happen in this country for people to wake the hell up and realize that these people, our elected officials, don't necessarily have our best interests at heart. /to the contrary. what i see is a bunch of self serving elitists that think we are a part and parcel l of their personal fiefdom. TAKE AMERICA BACK, THROW THE BUMS OUT!

POPSPredatory Lenders' Partner in Crime Truth is stranger than fiction....what strikes me as odd in this whole affair is the timing. Was Spitzer wrong, if the charges are true then yes. Still what I find odd is the timing of the allegations.

POPSPathetic Seriously, if a grown man has to taser a kid to get the child under control, perhaps you are in the wrong line of employment. The fact is that police departments have come to rely on these devises too much. The death total shows they are not "non-lethal" and should be discontinued.

POPSRise of the police state Let me get this straight. Two police officers cant subdue a 65 year old man that is obviously having some sort of mental episode? I'm telling you, if you don't stand up against this kind of tyrany tou or your loved one may damn well be next.

POPSAclimating your child to the fascist police state It's called predictive programming folks. Desensitize a generation to accept the policies you plan to implement. When those of us that remember the world the way it was are gone, the new world order will be in place and no one will remember freedom, liberty and a world where individual freedoms were a gift from God, not man.

POPSAbuse of authority continues unabated in the brave new world Many activists have been screaming about the escalating violence being carried out by police departments around the world. Of course the anti conspiracy crowd says that there is no problem...well there is a problem and it is becoming chronic. Communities where incidents like this occur need to rise up and confront their local district attorneys and demand justice and absolute adherence to the letter and spirit of the law. When an officer resorts to this flagrant abuse of power and actively sets about to conceal their crime they become violent criminals and should be adjudicated as such. No one is above the law, if it protects some at the expense of others it is broken.

POPSEU begining to flex its Fascist muscle Forget any notion of sovereignty the newly formed "SUPER STATE" of the EU will tell you what is acceptable; even if it's not a problem. Yes fascism...we are coming for your society next. Fascism is an authoritarian political ideology that holds the state above all else and seeks to forge a type of national unity, usually based on ethnic, cultural, or racial attributes. ... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fascist

POPSWhen will you admit it? This administration is completely out of control, how many more of your freedoms are you willing to throw away?

POPSThe American Crisis "What we obtain too cheap..." Indeed. We have forgotten that liberty and freedom are not free, they are hard won and easily lost. We as a people, a nation have turned our backs on God (what ever your concept), freedom, earned pride and the things that made us a once great people, we have given it away, traded our birthright as Americans for what? The illusion of safety, the icy comfort of things, the illusion of ownership and property when in fact we are the slaves. God save our once great republic. "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." -- Thomas Jefferson

POPSExcessive force and the rise of the police state You may well exercise caution when using air travel, it can be a deadly experience. The man offered no resistance that i could see, yes he was irrational, but he honestly looked affraid to me. The fact is he spoke no English, and couldn't explain what the matter was, cost him his life. There was a time when you'd step out of line and you'd take a beating from the police, or a good rap with the baton, or meet a wall hard a time or two. Now with the advent of "non lethal" controll....they will just kill you. Remember this, the police serve at the will of the law abiding public. DON'T STAND FOR IT or soon you may not be able to stand at all. "FIGHTING ABUSIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT AND GOVERNMENTAL OPPRESSION WHEREVER ENCOUNTERED — POLICE, PROSECUTORS, JUDGES, BUREAUCRATS, AND POLITICIANS" .

POPSPay no attention to the people watching you; you are being delusional...really Ok, let me tell you how it's going to be. When you innocently walk up to me and try to engage me in your little profiling game, I'm gonna tell you where to go and what to do with your self and various orifices when you get there. How dare you invade yet more of my space, usurp yet more of my freedom, and try to pigeon hole me into your idea of what someone with nothing to hide does with their "macro facial expressions" What ever happened to innocent until PROVEN guilty"? Oh yeah, the patriot act is what happened. "They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security"--- Benjamin Franklin seriously, we are going into a long dark night, praying for protection at the alter of Government....we are going to get exactly what we deserve.

POPSNo more wars for Israel. This sentiment will probably get me labeled as an anti-Semite, oh well. The US needs to stop kowtowing to Israel's imperialistic bent. If you want a war with Iran, attack them your selfs and leave the US out of it. Of course the apocalyptic constructionists in this country that have deluded themselves tinto thinking they are "doing God's will" will continue to beat the war drums despite intel that soundly refutes this administrations claim of the big bad Persian boogie men being hell bent on middle east domination. You have an army, you have nukes, and the most powerful military in the region......YOU ATTACK IRAN and leave the rest of the world out of it.

POPSPay up you damn breeder! You are not to consider children as human beings, and you must not consider procreation as a right or a responsibility....having babies is bad after all they are responsible for global warming and need to be taxed into oblivion. In fact lets really get this off the ground and license couples who want to procreate, from there we can start a euthanasia program and do away with those pesky oldsters, their farting alone must be responsible for a fair amount of global warming, let alone the belching, and talking...to the ovens with the lot of them. Baby limiting, hey it works in China, right? Now of course I'm being blatantly silly here, but this is the one of the most asinine things i have heard, well that and cows farting caused global warming.... YO! You folks down under need to run this idiot and any one of his peers, or any one in the government stupid enough to support him, off the continent. Long live freedom!

POPSGreat, just what we all need Ok I'm all in favor of the free market, but you know what? I don't want advertising beamed into my skull...you realize that the sensation fits the description of a psychotic break....? And hell no, i don't think it's novel, It's BS one more control, one more bit of predictive programing....buy, consume, comply, sleep, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain... f'ing power hungry psychopaths. Most people will not see this as an invasion, an intrusion to the sacred space of thought, they will think "oh that's cool" it's harmless... corporations would never use this technology against us...

POPSPresidential isn't he? I was a Republican when they were actually conservative, I voted for this.... Seriously; I repent, there are few things I have done in my life that I actually feel the need to repent for, but throwing my freedom away is one i likely will live to regret, hell, I already do.
