The text to speech on this sounds incredible, and going straight from RSS gives it a whole lot of potential.

Two networks: Human/person and email-based

Providing user accounts that may have serveral identities each with a distinct email address will become crucial. Yahoo is doing this right, although not perfect yet. They seem not to have fully understood the potential power (hidden jewel) they have had for years now.

Drupal vs. WordPress: Which is better for blogging?
dzone
by dzone  3-22-2007
Drupal is more a result of a strategic choice. For example for people/organisations that has some sort of strategy for how they are going to (re)use and grow with their data (and competence) in the long run. If you only need a modern blog, Drupal is overkill. For a web site or community that is setting up a solution that shall offer blogging as part of other features, however, it is more relevant to consider Drupal. An aspect that should not be taken lightly, is the nature of open source when it comes to staying on top of all bugs and security fixes. A blogger that cannot administer security issues alone, might be in the situation where it is a choice between a free Wordpress hosted (and maintained) blog, or paying for a maintained Drupal site somewhere.

Firefox 3.0 - offline features

Looking forward to the first "browser-operating-systems" (browser-os), that are only designed to run browser-related applications securely and conveniently. Can this also be of help to developing countries in that they might use older computers longer, with perhaps only a memory upgrade?
