POPSShould We Have Spent $600mil on This? NASA only spent $18mil on educational aspects for our children's future recruitment and related sources. I like it, don't get me wrong, but the question still remains are we spending more on space than we are for the good of our own celestial home? i.e. Earth

POPSNo Rescue Unit Things are looking rather gloomy for the Hubble Telescope repair mission. If the darn thing can be fixed in a matter of two hours why do we have to wait two months to get it up and going? Ah yes; American ingenuity. Oh yes, because of the character limitations of "Clipmarks", I was unable to include text concerning the actual repairs. Side A failed completely, and side B han't been tested since 1990. picture of unit is clipped.

POPSPut on Hold This is not just one shuttle being held up. Most of the planned launches have bee put on hold until February 2009. Coincidentally after Obama's inauguration. I heard something about this before, that Obama doesn't want to spend any more money on the space programs until he can get a better look into the budget. I think it could be revamped as well, but not all and not forever. After all, this is where all of our micro-technology comes from.

POPSSpider Lost in Space Oops they did it again. Our folks at NASA can't seem to get much right lately. Oh well they'll find it if it gets into bed with one of them. Ouch! Consequentially, all that high tech gear and they can't even penetrate a spider's web for a look see. Just how were they planning to study the thing? whistle and make it heel?
