This is a great supplement that I recommend a lot. As with pretty much every substance, it doesn't work for everyone. But I've known a lot of people who have done well with it. It's certainly cheaper than prescription drugs.

Could I lose weight by getting my ear stapled?
    k9riley99
    by k9riley99  3-12-2007    4
Believers in ear stapling claim that by continuously stimulating the Zero Point location, which is said by some to include the Stomach point presented above, they can curb appetite, reduce stress and increase metabolism, among other benefits. Some people who have undergone the procedure say it also eliminates migraine headaches, nicotine craving and insomnia.

Pill caused woman to die of deep vein thrombosis!
    righthand
    by righthand  8-15-2007    2
The court heard that Ms Hennessy, who worked as a manager for financial company BISYS , had suffered a knee injury while skiing in January this year and had taken approximately 20 flights in the last 18 months. However, Dr Szontagh-Kishazi told the court he did not believe either the injury sustained or the flights were contributory factors in her death. He added that while flights - particularly in economy class - can trigger deep vein thrombosis, flying was not a factor in Ms Hennessy's death as the event was, "a recent complication". "With flying it would have to have occurred in the plane or soon afterwards," he told the court.Deep vein thrombosis occurs when the flow of blood is restricted in a vein, and a clot forms. Angela Murphy of 38 Allendale Square, Dublin 15, told the court that her friend Julie had complained of breathlessness prior to her death. When Ms Murphy was unable to contact her on March 22, she became concerned and called to her apartment at 7.40pm. Wh

Smokable Pain Drugs Promise Faster Action
    happyhomemaker
    by happyhomemaker  2-3-2007    6
I suffer severe migraines at least 2-4 times daily due to a cyst on a my brain that is inoperable. Because the only way to remove it is with chemo and/or radiation, the doctors want to leave it since it is benign, unless of course it grows. Unfortunately, for me that means continual migraines and narcolepsy symptoms that are out of my control and fighting my insurance company for getting them to pay my migraine meds because they feel I'm on too many. I agree, but what can I do really? Double unfortunately, the side effect of the narcolepsy meds are, guess what, more migraines. Hopefully some day they'll find a cure for migraines as they can be very debilitating for some people.

There are serious environmental concerns with these bulbs, which in turn affect our health. God forbid you accidentally break one! The UK Environment Agency recommends you vacate the room for 15 minutes, don't use a vacuum to clean debris (toxic dust), and must always be disposed of at proper recycling facilities to prevent landfill contamination.

Migraine brains may be starved of oxygen
    pokkets
    by pokkets  4-30-2007
I know from personal experience of the Auras associated with Epilepsy. I wonder if there is a connection between Epilepsy and Migraine.Epilepsy can be like a System Crash after a Short circuit.Could the Crash include the depletion of oxygen due to constricted arteries? Could apparently isolated disorders be manifestations of the same root cause, when effecting slightly different physiology, or subtle variations in brain damage location. We need to find the links. There are also many medicines which can have curative properties for a number of seemingly unrelated problems.

    Clue to migraine headache cause
    Newfman
    by Newfman  12-25-2007
First, timing was crucial: to capture an attack as it happened, patients rushed to hospital without self-medicating, arriving on average around three hours after the onset of the migraine. Second, the observed headaches were spontaneous, and not chemically induced as in other laboratory studies.
