Too many people are dying or being abused due to police authority and haphazard taserings. It has to stop.

     As I said at the column... I do not know what is exactly going on in S. Africa with raping young people but the fact the police were seemingly getting away with it in the case of this poor girl...I wonder how many others they were raping or had raped before being arrested. Will others now step forward?
