I'm a pretty straightforward gal who just likes cuddling and I would never want to read this book, but it's interesting to me in the aspect that I'm sure some still view same-sex attractions as "perverted" and "weird", so I can identify only in the aspect that it also spoke to me about that part of myself that has been forced to live within societal restrains. It can be so hurtful to a spouse or family to the point where you want to spare them that pain.
