The party chosen to chair the entire process through 2009--Moammar Khadafy's Libya,that routinely brutalizes black African migrants, and that tortures Bulgarian and Palestinian medics for the crime of being foreigners.The UN's 16-member Palestinian division is part of a sprawling infrastructure of anti-Israel committees and programs launched by the General Assembly in 1975 alongside its resolution declaring that "Zionism is racism." In the past six months alone, the division devoted vast sums for gatherings in Doha, Rome, Pretoria, and New York. Wouldn't its $5 million budget go to better use — and actually help Palestinians — by building clinics in Gaza or schools in Ramallah? A UN secretary general cannot be judged by country-driven bodies that go astray. But as Ban did recently in protesting the hypocrisies of the Human Rights Council, he can choose to speak truth to power now.

Who are accused, of course, of parroting talking points.The reason the talkers have that role is because the admin. is not quick or sharp enough to catch these points in the first place. Which gives me a smirk every time I hear the 'marching orders' accusation. (Dey not too quick up dere.)

POPSChristians warned: Accept Islamic law Ya know, I'm not any kind of Christian ranter,or even believer, really(.If I HAD to choose, I'd probably go Buddhist,....or Native American),......but anyway,....to that guy who proclaimed WMD to be bogus the other day,....if you do your searches you'll find they are often just on the cutting edge of stories NOT being reported by the mainstream. It's interesting how we will think we have found a nugget of truth if we WANT to believe it but if we do NOT want to, then we can just label as B.S. anything the wire services aren't reporting.

POPSNo One To Negotiate With Maybe there's hope in the fact that they have the capacity to make the logical connection that Israel may treat Gaza as one big prison camp. Syria keeps them in refugee camps, still blaming Israel for their misery after 50-60 years. All Israel asks of them is that they not be violent criminals (murderers).
