If we could only know the kid Barak was not just soft and naive but would actually deploy and hit hard if need be, or draw the line boldly. If they can really be "played" through this approach, then sure. Let 'em think we are impressed. You can still issue your final warnings which they may not take seriously, and when they take advantage of you, let 'em have it. Of course, historically, this has never ended well. The "Paper Tiger" can be "F'd" with, Americans die, and we issue statements, thus proving their assessments valid. I guess it's too much to ask to think we are outmaneuvering them.

The deal has been modulated away from the first hard line. That Iran can't be allowed to have free reign with uranium enrichment of any kind and it must cease.
