    Healthcare Lies #1 in Series
    davboz
    by davboz   11-13-2009
I ask: Who was it, when was it, and what was the alleged purpose of instituting such regulations? Behind the alleged intentions, what were the true intentions? Was there pre-knowledge that the effect would be detrimental to consumers in the long run? Was the well-being of the people sacrificed in order to cause the state of healthcare to degenerate and costs to spiral out of control just so eventually the people would acquiesce to governmental control? After all, go back only to the Clinton effort. When that failed do you imagine Democrats wanted to see conditions improve or get worse? That answer is obvious. The worse it got, the more pleased they had to be.

At least when the dysfunctional goal is money, it is pretty wide open to anyone who wants to take their shot. When the power grabbers are in control, most of us, by definition, are to be the VICTIMS of their power grab. We all get poorer, and we lose our freedom. Not in the abstract, as it was pre-Obama, but in reality. As it is NOW. Behind EVERY one of these daily "moves" lies an advancement upon power and control.

Only in 21st century do JFK/RFK begin to REALLY make sense for those of us that needed more than just "woo-woo" conspiracy theories to connect the dots. Now we can look back and see the marked contrasts and clear changes in direction that were taken, see how this drive for global control of America's assets deviated into a separate direction, was clearly something other - something foreign - and the earlier steps on this VERY SAME PATH we find ourselves on now. Where we are run by the global money suppliers, and manipulated through the major media, and deceived with a succession of puppets posing as presidents. Obama-Bush-Clinton-Bush ALL knowingly unapologetic and arrogant in their NWO roles. Reagan and Carter were definitely used successfully but held onto their independent streaks. (They tried to kill Reagan, Carter they ran out of town.) It is SO clear, FINALLY, that the Kennedys were defiantly against them that they were assassinated.

This was clear last year if you wanted to open your eyes and see. You CAN be immune to the mass hypnosis ~ YES YOU CAN!! See who is leading you down the same path as the others. You know those evil, evil men who kept your jaw clenched at night? You think this man is your salvation from all that? Oh,and just remember, Hollywood's "stars" have NEVER been there because of their intellect or their emotional stability, right? Really, who should care if you join in the Great (Inter)National Slobberfest over this cat. It's just that as the time becomes more critical freedom will depend on numbers. How many are left who haven't been fooled again?

"blah, blah"), and while the gentle daddy rubs your tummy while overseeing the setup for the final Big Pop and Crumble, orating in tones of gentle thunder that render you passive before serving you the Kool-Aid, will our Jim Jones be perceiving threats in a sensible way? Nationalistic Anti-Capitalism (i.e. Chavez) is probably not fully aware that the job is done. Global Financial Socialists soon to begin the 21st year of the Bush/Clinton Puppet Regime have already lit the fuse. Oby needs to get the word to actors like these ~~~>> that they can stand down. THEIR GOALS ARE ONE IN THE SAME! They need just bide their time and America will be diminished to the irrelevant, subservient bit-player JFK and RFK would have NEVER allowed us to become, yet which Teddy and Papa Joseph P. envisioned we must become.

(Recall this from 2002) "But the Democrats have been unsure about whether to pursue the investigation into the political realm. Part of this timidity is a desire to avoid the appearance of partisan excess that, in the Clinton scandals, drew a backlash against the Republicans. But they are undoubtedly afraid that some of their own luminaries, Rubin chief among them, might end up on the wrong side of a subpoena. It would be a shame if these fears, and the media's reluctance to pursue these issues independently, kept the public from learning the truth about the political corruption involved in Enron's rise and decline."

While government arguably has a role in helping low-income folks buy a home, Clinton went overboard by strong-arming lenders with tougher and tougher regulations, which only led to lenders taking on hundreds of billions in subprime bilge. Market failure? Hardly. Once again, this crisis has government's fingerprints all over it.

And in so doing, he helped create the market for the risky subprime loans that he and Democrats now decry as not only greedy but "predatory." Yes, the market was fueled by greed and overleveraging in the secondary market for subprimes, vis-a-vis mortgaged-backed securities traded on Wall Street. But the seed was planted in the '90s by Clinton and his social engineers. They were the political catalyst behind this slow-motion financial train wreck. And it was the Clinton administration that mismanaged the quasi-governmental agencies that over the decades have come to manage the real estate market in America.

1993,Congress gave Fannie and Freddie the go-ahead to finance it all by buying loans from banks, then repackaging and securitizing them for resale on the open market. "We have to use every means at our disposal to end discrimination and to end it as quickly as possible," Clinton's comptroller of the currency, Eugene Ludwig, told the Senate Banking Committee in 1993. Wall Street eagerly sold the new mortgage-backed securities. Not only were they pooled investments, mixing good and bad, but they were backed with the implicit guarantee of government.

Age-old standards of banking prudence got thrown out the window. In their place came harsh new regulations requiring banks not only to lend to uncreditworthy borrowers, but to do so on the basis of race. Despite warnings from GOP members of Congress in 1992, Clinton pushed extensive changes to the rules requiring lenders to make questionable loans. Lenders who refused would find themselves castigated publicly as racists.

Obama will be good for America. And if you are still hankering for Hillary because of notions you've been holding onto for some time now, or some revival of the '90's......STOP......and really LOOK at the candidates. LOOK at the difference.Look in their eyes. Listen to their voices. Watch their mannerisms. Look at whether they are hiding something or not. You can tell. If you have come to believe that Hillary has plans and goals that have so convinced you and that are so important to you that you are willing to overlook the proven track record of deceit and the obvious disdain she feels for people and the phony front she uses to mask it, then I think it is time you re-examine your understanding of those goals and plans you think she has for America. Then re-adjust them back down to reality. Then, after that, compare them to Obama's. As thin as they've been, he has a philosophy - which is more than just hope. He will do things because they are the correct thing to do rather than who

K.O. is pre-occupied fantasizing himself to be one of journalism's historical figures (gag me) and now sidekick Matthews flounders with no guidance or structure, as Williams, Russert, and Brokaw - each capable in their own right - are alternately amused, to uninspired, to disgruntled. MessNBC has always been a mess but rather than finding solutions and seeking professional levels and standards, the ideology remains the priority as it drifts further left. As it falls completely off the leftist edge, it manifests in new ways. As disrespect for authority and disdain for responsible behavior become more the order of the day on the set one sees the inevitable lack of respect they have for each other, dripping mostly from Olbermann's rude sideways glances to belittle his peers. This is the inside glimpse of classic leftist/liberal mindset as it is evident in common scenarios beyond strict

Who is it that observes this behavior, in light of the OBVIOUS REAL TRUTH - yet says: "Yes. This is a guy I can trust." WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH OUR PEOPLE? *Two pair of candidates. *In each set one who lies in the face of the truth, plays a childish psychology of blaming, contemptuous rationalizing, storytelling, and manipulation, who wobble from stance to stance revealing an inner core standing for nothing. *And alternatives who are, well, a little better than that, anyway, but who are less connected to the old machinery and can each exude an honest sense of success WITHOUT the puppet strings and the backing of the same power gangs. *W

"Up to now, the Democratic race has been a victorious story of Americans saying they found it hard to choose between Obama, Clinton, and John Edwards, with issues and personality mattering more than gender or race. Let us hope the candidates, particularly Hillary Clinton, remember that, before they divide the Democrats into a bitter, weakened bunch for November."

Johnny looks like he is trying on facial poses to appear a serious adult..Forget about a LEADER! Give him credit though. He did try to reach his inner nature, though unsuccessfully. Chris Matthews is half-drunk in the post-game analysis. I don't know what these guys think they are seeing and hearing, but they surely aren't seeing these candidates with open eyes. Matthews guesses Hillary won because she took on Bush harshly so she is now the "leader of the party". The self-image of a candidate is more important than whatever it is these news guys are seeing. I don't mean over-confidence, either. Clinton and Edwards are closer to G.Bush than they are to Obama. Insecure and emotionally fragile. Obama scored on every question. The order is "in". Hillary must look good. Make viewers unsure about the reality they just saw, and wonder if maybe Cris and Keith are right -
