That is absolutely incredible. The mammoth is so well preserved for something so old. It looks like a slightly shriveled up baby elephant seeing as it has no fur. But still, the find is amazing...

if able to be cloned we are looking at an old species being reintegrated with nature. the possible outcomes and results are fascinating, i can't wait to see if they pull it off. hopefully they will have enough diversity with her eggs to create a good few specimens.
