The military was working on various other things such as making one's breath bad, making skin sensitive to light, attracting insects, rats towards one and even a bomb that would simulate flatulence amongst enemy ranks (which was to be called a "Who?Me?" bomb).
I think the Who?Me? bomb was in consideration since 1945 (not sure though) while all the other weird plans were drafted in 1994 (somewhat sure about this ).

wasn't there an old movie like this entitled how i started loving the bomb or something or is my age just showing now?? As hubby is IN the military i cannot comment enough or is that too little about how utterly STUPID and idea this is and clearly a WASTE of our taxpayers money!!!
