POPS Karl Rove Unraveling: Congress threatens arrest.
ormer White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan writes in a surprisingly scathing memoir to be published next week that President Bush “veered terribly off course,” was not “open and forthright on Iraq,” ALSO, RE; ROVE, McClellan asserts that Karl Rove, the president’s senior adviser, “Scooter” Libby and VP Cheney had a meeting on how to handle the Valarie Plame CIA leak case (i.e. a collusion in a Federal case) NOW a Congresswoman on the Judiciary Committee, said on TV yestereday that if Rove doesn't show up for a subpoena --- concerning the Siegelman's case. ---CONGRESS WILL ARREST HIM! Who knew Congress could arrest people!? (like a parliament deciding to arrest someone). Well, it turns out there is actually a one room jail in Congress and they can send out the 'sergeant at arms,' and (without the police or courts), go out and arrest someone. Whew! This just keeps getting -- as Alice in Wonderland cried -- ''Curiouser and curiouser!" Isn't it great! The wheels

POPSBush knew truth, claims former WH Press Secretary
This is a core of the so-called: "CIA Leak Case." It might be better named: "The Attempted Cover-Up of using Deliberate Fabrication about Iraq having Weapons of Mass Destruction." Like a tangled ball of yarn , the government propaganda on this core deceit leading to Iraq war is so knotted, tied up, and deliberately confused that it's hard to straighten out the skein...but it goes something like this: #1. White House, neo-cons, & warmongers make up deliberate lies claiming Iraq had and/or was seeking to build WMD's, re: 'Buying yellowcake from Niger." #2. Former ambassador sent by CIA to fact check this. He reports back it's not true. USA VP Dick Cheney suppresses this report and claims of WMD's by Iraq are put in prime-time President's 'State of the Union Speech." #3. This former ambassador says this ain't right. He is slandered. His wife exposed as CIA agent by VP Cheney and henchmen. (weird, no!?) This news, today, CONFIRMS: Bush also conspired in this coverup.

POPSKarl Rove to resign from White House Than God: "Another one bites the dust." These people are criminals and traitors to our best USA ideals; it's nice to see 'em go down. Impeach Cheney next, before he also gets away.

POPSWhite House efforts to cover-up lies leading US into war admitted.
As Bush says here: "We should move on." He should move on to honor his promise to fire anyone who leaked CIA operative's name (i.ie. Cheney and Rove). We should also "move on," to impeachments since this is an admission of betraying one of one's own agents and endangering contacts and work of this CIA operative. We should "move on," to now continuing the Fitzgerald investigation : The crime of revealing the identity of a covert CIA agent did happen. Bush just admitted it. Note: She WAS a covert CIA agent. We should also "move on," to war crime trials since all this involved trying to cover-up the use of deliberately fabricated information (used in the State of the Nation) to mislead and mobilize our nation into a false and misdirected war for the beneift only of special interests and other nations, resulting in the death of approx. 3,600 USA troops, waste of billions, murder and destruction of a nation. This false claim war claims Saddam was trying to buy uranium

POPSOnly Republican Stooges Need Apply for US Attorney
Fitzgerald is the attorney who recently convicted White House aide 'Scooter' Libby of lying about leaking name of CIA agent, and documenting how all this led back to Vice-President Dick Cheney and his efforts to Cover-UP the use of fale intelligence deliberate used to wrongly justify the war in Iraq. So, now it appears the White House rated him as "not doing a good job." Ah yes...It's getting clearer. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. The writing is sprawled all over the wall. And that idea that all Presidential Appointments needed confirmation by the Senate; well, that was sort of getting in the way wasn't it. How much better Bushhead to change the Constitution, violate our civil rights of the Constitution, start a war based on known lies, and reshape the Supreme Court and all state Attorney Generals to suit him -- WITHOUT the previous bothersome hassle of realizing there's a Congress, nor apparently, realizing there is A People; and we should impeach him and Che

POPSWhat was the ACTUAL Libby jury's question to Judge
I've read dozens of articles about the question being presented by the jury in the Libby-CIA lead case -- but all they claim to do is 'summarize,' the question. What the heck WAS the actual question. Why can we read that? Why is that not part of the story? Why do we have to always get 'secondhand news.' Since this questions resulted in the judge and more than twenty lawyers thinking about it and discussing it -- with the judge finallly concluding he was sure what it meant! -- well, gosh, wouldn't it be informative to know the actual question, word by word, in quotes. If anybody can provide this info I'd be really grateful. It would give an insight, to me and maybe others, about the complexity of trials, legal issues and legal language, and the routine and yet unusual phenomenon that all these high-priced lawyers and legal Big theory thinkers have to cope with the reality of judgement by regular people. And, I say, the problem is not regular people, but over complex & 2ma
