Staying in the fast lane, right-wing nut jobs have dived into the non-issue of how many "czars," does the President have. Of course, to understand the Republican wing nuts one must sign onto a lot of flights of paranoia and fantasy: The U.S. doesn't have any post called a "czar." So...if trying to fill in the pot holes in their Republican smear campaign heads...they must mean "middle management positions," or something like that. Even worse, if trying to find a flake of facts in these right wing rants, the truth turns out to be like jackass and jerk, "Got It Wrong Congressman Wilson," who LIED when he called the President a liar, it turns out that George Bush had more "czars," that Obama, as this video concludes. I.E. - The Bush Era has more middle managers....or whatever the heck the wing nuts think of as "czars." Their Alice-in-Wonderland smear circus is like a dog chasing its own tail.

Ah! There's nothing like the truth starting to show through the fading veneer. These were the techniques the Bush and Cheney authorized and then successfully hid from exposure, claiming we can't let the terrorist know our tactics. Note: the steps towards official Dept. of Justice (the Obama DOJ, not the DOJ of the Bush nightmare years)...an official prosecution took another big step. 8AM today it was announced this was recommended. 10AM today Obama appointed Attorney General, Eric Holder, has asked a federal prosecutor John Durham to investigate. So...the Bush Administration ignored clearly stated warnings and had the biggest domestic attack on US soil in our history (Um...not counting the British and our own Civil War). Then they turned to Nazi-like tactics of torture, secret prisons, kidnapping, holding people without trail...even, btw, murder of POW's (we haven't got much coverage of that - yet.). This clip, no surprise except for the fact that it's documented...but the Bush Administration, hoping to win the 2004 elections, wanted to get the "terror alert," raised. The more you can make people fear the more they go along with war and hate programs. So..false wars based on deliberate lies....now false "terror alerts," trying to win elections (vs. there not even being a real threat). The Republican party needs to be driven into extinction, defeated again and again and no support for their lies, smear or hate campaigns should be supported. Support the opposite.

It seems this is another tarbaby President Obama is finding harder to get rid of then he thought. There are also legal concepts to split hairs over to keep lawyers at work for years. For example, "extraordinary rendition," is not the same as "rendition." For example, no where in the English-speaking or most of the world is habeas corpus an absolute right (when a nation is dealing with war situations or insurgent rebellion a common exception). English common law (upon which USA law is based) has a convenient clause: "You can't sue the King." The cool thing is innocent victims of this Bush nightmare are getting out: O-U-T.      Not that there should have been any doubts about this: It's been decades of the USA saying "two state solution," and no settlements and it was always just two-faced phony words. At least now Israel has confirmed that. Another item in the news today was a survey that Only three countries in the world are less peaceful than Israel, according to Global Peace Index figures released this week. I don't know about this, though, it strikes me that Gaza has been turned into one of the worst places to live but I guess they're not an official nation, in truth more like a prison with the ongoing blockade and subject to wanton Israeli violence. The countries invaded by America were the worst places to live. Internal U.S. propaganda and flag waving often has people not realizing what a deadly killing machine it is. Serious Israeli spying on the USA. (Not accusation. Guy in jail for 12 years; previous cases, guys in jail) 2. These two Israeli lobbyist from AIPAC are facing trial for being involved but real heavy-duty machinations keep getting the trial postponed. 3. Jewish Congresswoman Jane Harmon tells the Jewish Lobby and Israeli agents she will help quash the trial of the two AIPAC lobbyist if they can use their influence to get her nominated to become head of the House Intelligence Committee. 4. This is caught on tap in a legal wiretap that was on the AIPAC accused Israeli spies. 5. AG Gonzales (this was a year ago,Bush president) stops any investigation of Congresswoman Harmon by the NSA in exchange for her supporting Bush era illegal warrantless wiretaping of US citizens. Wow! This incredible twisted suggestion is typical of other new McCain ideas, like he is the one really opposed to Bush policies although he voted for them 90% of the time. The twisted idea, too, that McCain's support for tax breaks for the SuperRich and Corporations is really to help out 'Joe the Plumber,' because the wealth will 'trickle down.' According to this twisted reasoning, McCain is the anti-war in Iran, anti-Bush policy guy, and pro-voice for the Middle and lower classes. ?? Other Republicans also just, seriously, going nuts: that McCain campaign worker who carved a B into her cheek (backwards) and tried to blame it on a "Black pro-Obama mugger." ?? It then gets a deal, part of which the Arabs give up something (right of return) and the part of the deal where they have to give up something (the expansion beyond the 67 borders) is never honored, never intended to be honor, and will later be defaulted due to "ongoing Arab terrorism." I am the decider," If this is not the Pink Elephant in the room where is the 800-pound gorilla? Perhaps this? “I heard somebody say, ‘Where’s Mandela?’ Well, Mandela’s dead because Saddam Hussein killed all the Mandelas.” Because, you know, "All of us in America want there to be fairness when it comes to justice." Bush puppet video: More War or Less Jobs

At least Bush is providing a lot of stimulus for the creative arts. This threat to suspend without pay over a hundred thousand civilian worker unless he get's his next dose of war funding is true. How pathetic. Like a poor loser on the playground who threatens to take his ball and go home. Of course the fact that the "limits" on the war that Bush is objecting to is another Democrat charade, with "more holes than Swiss cheese," that would allow the war to continue and continue and continue puts many of us in a quandry: Advocate the pretense and charade of the Democrat bill or just sit back and watch Bush veto it (if it ever passes). Decisions. Decisions. The key deceit is this "anti-war," resolution, HR 4156 allows troops to stay to "protect American assets." These "assets," include the 14 or 15 permanent military bases being built for a long-term occupation; part of the war plans from the beginning. Humm...maybe Obama would do the least damage.? (hope the video works)

This is a core of the so-called: "CIA Leak Case." It might be better named: "The Attempted Cover-Up of using Deliberate Fabrication about Iraq having Weapons of Mass Destruction." Like a tangled ball of yarn , the government propaganda on this core deceit leading to Iraq war is so knotted, tied up, and deliberately confused that it's hard to straighten out the skein...but it goes something like this: #1. White House, neo-cons, & warmongers make up deliberate lies claiming Iraq had and/or was seeking to build WMD's, re: 'Buying yellowcake from Niger." #2. Former ambassador sent by CIA to fact check this. He reports back it's not true. USA VP Dick Cheney suppresses this report and claims of WMD's by Iraq are put in prime-time President's 'State of the Union Speech." #3. This former ambassador says this ain't right. He is slandered. His wife exposed as CIA agent by VP Cheney and henchmen. (weird, no!?) This news, today, CONFIRMS: Bush also conspired in this coverup.

This is a good marker for the end of the illusion of so-called: 'American values." Now all the brash and bloated pretensions can be tossed back into America's face. Without doubt it would be justified to see it's own troops tortured. Also It would be fair play to kidnap suspects and hold them in secret prisions for decades, without trial, charges, lawyers or family notification. Of course, too, other nations could also start wars based on lies and deliberate fabrications. Increase spying on citizens. Build up lists of 'terrorist suspects,' spend more money on prisons rather than schools, etc. Welcome to the New World Fascist Regime: Welcome to America. We just gave the job of Chief of Law and Order (our Attorney General) to a Republican hack who's willing to play ball with the warmongers. And the rival political party is playing along.

Plame-Wilson's lawyers say they expected this and will file an appeal, figuring they'd have to to to a higher court. Courts can be very cruel. It's nice to hear these people have enough money and enough committment to press on. Having an administration betray one of it's own USA agents is another example of how sick and evil this White House is (And Bush recently admitted leaks came from the White House!!). It's one scandal, one disgrace, one lie, one excuse after another. Someone should write a book but it would have to be an Encyclclepedia and it would never have an end.

Our political system is a mess. In a parlimentary system you can kcik a leader out easier. Bush and Cheney would be gone. But what about where we are here and now? There is a madness in doing more to attack your friends more than your enemies, a madness which I think Sheehan and Code Pink are doing: The Republicans are the greater warmongers. Can't they find some way to hassle Republicans. But the problems is compounded when your "friends," (i.e. the Democrats) are sell-outs, too. When their idea of "peace," is introduced in the Senate today and it includes: permament bases, a permament presence of troops (now called: "trainers,) and the other idea of complete conquest starting to also slip in: 'dividing Iraq into three parts.' I think if we really ant to challenge the Status Quo we need to start recalling Republican governors: NOW. This will help weaken the Republican party: NOW and we can do it ourselves, without politicians agreeing. http://www.americancitizenstogether.or

As Bush says here: "We should move on." He should move on to honor his promise to fire anyone who leaked CIA operative's name (i.ie. Cheney and Rove). We should also "move on," to impeachments since this is an admission of betraying one of one's own agents and endangering contacts and work of this CIA operative. We should "move on," to now continuing the Fitzgerald investigation : The crime of revealing the identity of a covert CIA agent did happen. Bush just admitted it. Note: She WAS a covert CIA agent. We should also "move on," to war crime trials since all this involved trying to cover-up the use of deliberately fabricated information (used in the State of the Nation) to mislead and mobilize our nation into a false and misdirected war for the beneift only of special interests and other nations, resulting in the death of approx. 3,600 USA troops, waste of billions, murder and destruction of a nation. This false claim war claims Saddam was trying to buy uranium

Reheating the Cold War: And other Bush failures

OK - I try to stick to one issue at a time but this Relaunching of the Cold War and nuclear missle threat to Europe, the USA, etc. is beginning to bother me. Just some of the dangerous insanities. A#1 - The USA is building a missle base on the border of Russia. The first lie is that this is for: Defense. The second incredible lies is that this is for defense against Iran. OMG. Get a map. Look at the map. See Spot run. See Poland. See Iran. Even if USA claims are true don't you think there's a better location - even if Iran had missiles? In fact, playing pin the tail on the donkey could come up with a better location. 2. Russia keeps saying if the USA puts missiles on Russia's border, then Russia will aim it's nuclear missles at all major cities in Europe. 3.. The USA keeps saying: "We like Putin but he's overreacting. 4. Russian officials have to send people over to make it clear: "Stop saying you like us. Deal with the substantive issue." Another dangerous policy
