     Hopefully the title says it all. How do I do manual installs of programs (such as gallery 2, etc.? What program do I use within the control panel? Where do I put items? Yes, I know gallery 2 is available in fantastico, but the install isn’t working correctly.

     I got suspended for backing up files to BH. Ok, somewhere in the terms of service there is a clause that the files have to relate to the website:

     I have only had websites on free hosting services using templates which made everything very easy. I didn’t have to worry about placing files in proper places, etc.

     I use 7-Zip which is a file compression utility. I have a very large number of web pages that I create on a local Windows PC that I upload to BlueHost, and I prefer to use 7-Zip over PKZIP or tgz files because 7-Zip has a much higher compression ratio.

     Any help would be greatly appreciated:I used to have a domain-based email address (info@domainname etc.) which worked fine, but suddenly all emails were returned as undeliverable.

     I’m sorry, I wanted to make monthly payments to bluehost and even though I thought I confirmed this to be the case, I was billed 250$ for 3 years in one fell swoop! Please tell me there’s a way to revert this! I live in Israel and I can’t call the US, this has to be done by mail!
