POPSFather accused of caging kids in his truck Hmm, makes perfect sense to me ;-) I'm telling you, we have it all backwards. It should cost more to get married than getting divorced. --AND-- You should need a license to have children, not a pet. Well maybe that should be also and there should be a test for both. Don't pass and get neutered.

POPSUnenlightened in law enforcement I would have to agree, why is it the highly educated are so stupid. Ah right, they lose all their common sense somewhere along the way. Please read the full story.

POPSMurder in the fast lane. This was a 48 hour story that played again last night. And shows why we should be afraid the direction our justice system is going. Who needs evidence?

POPSGun Control It is about time they get this RIGHT! Lets just think for a minute what our forefathers had just went though when they wrote the constitution. Do you really think they were worried about people protecting themselves from attach in their homes? Or making sure people were armed to protect themselves from an out of control government? My personal stands is the latter. And of course with that, the former is a given. Do yourself a favor and me too. Sign-up for this free service and receive a FREE DVD. Then watch it with an open mind. http://www.frontsight.com/gun-training-reports.asp

POPSPolice killed a 27 yr old More people need to be armed. Maybe then one of the passer-by's could have killed him earlier and the toddler would still be alive.

POPSMan on death row despite court ruling District Attorney Paul Phillips has the wrong guy and can't admit he's wrong. Stories like this just burn me up. Our justice system has just gone to far. In my opinion, when a court case is just circumstantial, it sounds to me like there is reasonable doubt. But who cares about our fifth amendment rights? We will have two classes of people, ones that work for the justice department and ones that are housed by the justice department.

POPSTen percent plus has AIDS 5.4 million people? That just sounds like an impossible task. Where do you start, especially in a poor country. I thought AIDS treatment was in the thousands of dollars per month per person. Or is that just here in the U.S.

POPSDick Martin, dies at 86 I remember watching, hard to believe he would only be 86. May his family and friends remember the laughter he brought to the world.

POPSTeenage actor stabbed to death Now that is interesting, U.S. homicide rate is three times higher. Either England is on a record setting pace to change that or the media is making it sound like a dangerous place.

POPSDirectBuy - Company that won't get my business After hearing their endless commercials and a new store opening up locally. I called the 800 number to get the info. When the info arrived I was very confused, since it really didn't contain anything of substance. Only a guess voucher and a simple flier. Next step, which I should have done first, was a little internet search. Looks like the hard sell is working well. The article attached here shows a membership fee around $5,000.00 and on other sites I have seen it as high as $6,490.00 plus seven more yearly payment. Here is another site with complaints: http://www.infomercialscams.com/scams/direct_buy_scams Don't walk to the nearest exit, RUN!

POPSPolice seen kicking suspects. Check out the video. 'We don't want to rush to judgment" Which means, give us a little bit so we can figure away out of this. "Not clear what preceded the confrontation" Like it matters? You can justify kicking suspects while three officers are holding him down? "All three men would be charger with aggravated assault" You mean three of the officers, right? Don't worry, the officers will get a slap on the wrist and a strong warning not to do this again in front of a camera crew.

POPSAustrian man mentally ill. Ah, yeah, right. This is one sick SOB. But tell me he didn't know what he was doing. I will wait and see what the courts do before I make a judgment about them.
