My wife Pat and myself are (gasp!) born again Christians. We worship at Calvary Chapel in Downey,Ca. We have 3 grown sons and a love bird named Pepe! I'm a Viet Nam Vet and I fully support all of our military personnel and thank them for their service! I for one am very grateful to be living in this free country with all it's benefits and it's problems too! No country is perfect, but many others have far greater problems and restrictions than ours!

I think it's a neat venue to read and share views with others and a great way to get exposure to a diverse world of opinions and info that we don't normally come across in the course of our daily activities. In other words, it's cool!
