POPSWe really must protect our remaining rainforests. The World is poised to totally wreck its delicate ecosystem and the results could be catastrophic to us all. Already Mother Nature is expressing its anger in a multitude of ways as can be plainly seen to all but the myopic amongst us. The next few years are pivotal in that we have to arrest the sheer momentum of destruction and learn to live with nature as opposed to fighting it. To fight Mother Nature is to lose we are mere pawns and if you doubt that then look to the heavens on a starlit night - Nature when challenged can be ruthless.

POPSBiofuel is a new craze but no saviour! We are being conned as biofuels gobble up our rainforests and valuable agricultural land. In typical fashion, mankind is reaching out for an "instant cure" - a pill to pop mentality without getting to root causes and enlightened answers! As in fresh water supplies and minerals we are seeing the vested interests hell-bent on fleecing society of its natural wealth. These elements don't give a damn as they "line their pockets" at the cost to society generally!

POPSBiofuels offer potential but ....... As the World's prime agricultural land shrinks along with our ability to feed the hordes of starving millions we have to question the thrust of developments. We have to ensure we don't overcome one problem to create and even bigger one. Mankind seems very adept at doing just that!

POPSBig business has to have some honesty! Big business is, increasingly, using supposed green initiatives to market their wares. It is often a case where this disguises true intent and the public should not be succoured.
