POPSJapan plans more whaling kills Japan is a disgrace and the insipid posturing of World delegates was such that Japan achieved an ability to carry on whaling. We are being led by whimps!

POPSJapan is finally feeling the heat on whaling Notwithstanding that a hopelessly astray Kiwi (Glenn Inwood quoted here) sees fit to go against the views of most of his fellow Kiwis, Japan is becoming increasingly pressured to stop whaling. Their days of working scams and shams to continue whaling are coming to an end. As a fellow Kiwi I hope the Japanese offer Glenn Inwood sufficient inducement to leave New Zealand. He doesn't represent the views of most Kiwis - in fact he shames us!

POPSBig oil stifles oil alternatives! It is clear the oil industry has been killing alternatives as they reap record profits! "Big oil" has held the World to ransom! Ironically it "window dresses" something quite different!

POPSSaving our Planet is Imperative These moves are welcome - now we need the people to endorse the sustainability concept and demand our politicians follow suit. After we stuff this Planet our future is bleak!

POPSChina doesn't care a jot about the public! This regime has proved to be callous and indifferent to crucial issues affecting us all. The fake trade in China is simply masked by a few token arrests by their Government. They allow dangerous drugs and products to be dispensed all round the World at potentially high human cost. The Chinese system is rotten to the core!

POPSFake China Threatens the World! Fake drugs, dangerous unsafe products all imposed on the World by a Government that has no principal. Human life clearly has no value to this rotten regime.

POPSThe junta in Myanmar is cruel & callous I believe nothing highlights better how the World has "lost its way". We allow the junta in Myanmar to practice genocide, as we do in Darfur and with Mugabe the tyrant. I think at a certain point the tyrannical regimes have to be afforded a hefty response - but the free World simply watches and allows the position to deteriorate further. China is one of the World's villains - it is allowing all three regimes mentioned above to be supplied with arms and sustenance for their despot leaders. Shame on China!!!!!!

POPSMany regimes are playing lip service to conservation Many regimes are now trying to tap the rising concern of the public in a devious way. These regimes simply have found a new ploy to orchestrate a situation which will be see biodiversity wrecked and a new method of exploiting natural resources. At the same time they present a facade to the public which is designed to deceive!

POPSFood shortages are an indictment When the developed nations begin to struggle imagine the plight of those in places like Darfur. These poor people have been totally reliant on the goodwill of the developed countries - now what?

POPSDarfur is an indictment on the World Starving people, raped and killed and the World sits on its hands - how pathetic. China even arms those causing the problem! Increasingly China is becoming a real threat to us all.

POPSPlant diversity being wrecked in China The insatiable appetite for raw materials sees China fast becoming the World's biggest vandal. China is on a quest to feed its industry at a huge cost to our natural environment. This can't persist!

POPSThis article on our food supply is timely Wealthy nations have seen them feel quite unconcerned about the Earth's ability to grow enough food - but that is about to change. It is clear from spiraling prices that food production is entering a critical phase and that increasing numbers will be affected badly. The Third World, in the face of such shortages, appears doomed to even harsher times. We are very poor stewards of our planet!
