POPSEtymology Dictionary I clipped this some time ago, however it never really took off, so to speak. IMO this is a great resource and one can spend quite a bit of time learning, and even being surprised. So here it is again.

POPSAbolishing Abortion? I have often thought that advanced ultrasound technology would be a powerful weapon in the war to abolish abortion. You can say all kinds of things to rationalize killing a fetus, but when a woman sees her child in living color on the screen, only a hardened few will not succumb to natural maternal instincts.

POPSPearl Harbor Photos This page was sent to me by a friend. As far as I can tell, these photos are authentic. Does anybody out there know anything about them? I clipped the ones I felt were the most spectacular. There are others. Whatever the case, as we face a new supreme struggle, we must not forget the one that went before.

POPSClipmarks in the News I don't know if anybody else has clipped this, but I saw it while browsing through my BBC headlines. Congrats to the Clipmarks team.

POPSThe Newest Brazilnut I don't make a habit of clipping stuff from my own blog, but in a fit of paternal happiness I just had to share. These are the images of my baby taken this morning. Everything indicates that it is a boy--although the doctor refused to say for sure at this point.

POPSYou Win, Daddy! This happened to me today. I have been somewhat absent from clipmarks of late (thanks GD for noticing!) but I thought I would share this from my own website. Hope it brightens your day, like it did mine. There is more to the post. I tried to make it popable--not sure if I succeeded.

POPSBrazil Tragedy This has me seeing red. As the father of a five-year old, I can only imagine what this poor boy's parents are going through now. It is made worse by the knowledge that there will most likely be no justice done, as evidenced by the completely clueless remark by the police chief at the end--which I did not clip.
