POPSIs the Adam Walsh Act failing in the States? I suppose the $12 to $37 million that it would cost each state to implement isn't worth a child's life. The individual states would rather loose 10% of their funding than put this act in motion by July 27. Sad shame.

POPSIdentity Theft Victims Get Money Back Last year, ChoicePoint, a company that compiles and sells personal information, announced that it had sold information about many consumers to people who turned out to be identity thieves. I wonder if this will slow down the sales of personally identifiable information.

When people read the word "harrassment," they automatically think "sexual." Harrassment in the workplace isn't confined to sexual harrassment. And many people don't know the law in regards to it.
