POPSTaking a Stand Article was interesting. However, it switched gears a bit in the last half where the author hits on the other issues like UN Protocol and complaints from leader(s) about the UN Charter vs what is really taking place within.

POPSU.S. is not the only accused meddler Many people may believe that Obama 'could do and say more.' Maybe nothing is the thing to do - while we sit and wait it out, seems Iran may be shifting blame to Britain by expelling diplomats.

POPSChina's Space Mission a Success.... at who's expense? How much milk did they taint for this? How much did they scrimp on quality for exportation to other countries in order to afford their space rendezvous? I bet.... if we were to ban certain imports from China, it will be a long time before they are seen in space again. grrrrr

POPSChristian Cathedrals vs Muslim Mosques I have a feeling that Munich is probably not alone in their concern (call it what you will), but do find it interesting that more are speaking out about it. In the long run, I wonder where 'speaking out' will eventually take this issue. Is it actually fear based? Or is it a feeling of being 'pushed out?' Or is it merely prejudice? Probably all of the above.

POPSExplore Peru's oldest city We owe this amazing discovery to a devoted Peruvian/American archaeologist, Ruth Shady, who has spent her last 12 years unearthing Caral - the ancient city that would change the history textbooks. Applauses to Ruth.

POPSParty Like It's 1984 I remember the 1968 series, driving around with my folks, honking the horn. I was living in California in '84 so I don't have great recall of that series. Personally, I find baseball boring to watch. But I think it's cool that Detroit finally made it to the series once again.

POPSWorld Trade Center Sonic Memorial Project If you visit this site, click on the category "Sonic Browser" and listen to the various stories told by people, from musicians, tourists, artists, the engineers, etc. All stories are based on past and current, as well as audio interviews taken from tours of the towers. Very cool
