Republicans Need to Dump the Neoconservatives
    blueridge
    by blueridge  11-3-2009    1
The republicans need a "tea party" within their own camp! The Bush and present GOP "conservatives" are pushing big government Statism as much as Democrats, with only a different slant. Wars for democracy are a key element of both parties now. There is an insidious philosophy underlying this acceptance of the "natural" growth of statism. Neoconservative columnist David Brooks wrote ... we need "a vigorous One Nation Conservatism ... by making the nation great, individuals are able to join their narrow concerns to a larger national project." Actually, it was originally the Democrats that used to believe in curtailing the powers of the Federal government. (This was after the Civil War where they were called Dixie-crats). Danger--America Becoming Statist: First Bush, Now Obama

Note: First the Security or Police State then the Nanny State. This is a must-read article, and hopefully an eye-opener to those still stuck in the "left" or "right" paradigm of thinking of partisan politics, both of which pick and chose which parts of the Constitution they want to dismantle for desired ends. Put the Bush and Obama policies together, sprinkle in a couple more terrorist attacks, and one or two more state-caused financial calamities, and you have a recipe for . . . * The destruction of American liberty * The blossoming of a Leviathan State

This is about the Constitution and freedom for Americans from government intrusion. Read this and consider contacting your Congressmen immediately. This is a non-partisan issue. If conservative republicans in particular really support the Constitution they need to man-up and support this to really "defend freedom", instead of paying lip service to our liberties! What do you think 1776 was all about anyway? It was about restraining government from tyranny, in particular from the more conservative Tories under King George! Obama wants to continue the same Bush provisions...is that good....to sacrifice your precious liberties for "security"?      Updated. It was introduced on Jan. 6, 2009 before Obama's inauguration. This COULD happen, though it appears dead now. "Owning guns is not a right, but a privilege", will be their mantra--the 2nd amendment of the Constitution be damned. This was how your owning a car has been used against you too, first licensing, then collecting your SSN and other personal data, then attaching all kinds of other requirements (from draft registration to property taxes, child support payments, et al) in order to legally drive or even park a car that you purchased yourself as a "free American". Do not buy into this "privilege, not right" rhetoric which they will soon begin to parrot.

US Military Plans for H1N1 Flu Outbreak--Martial Law or State's Rights?

Major pentagon planning for this new flu. Necessary? And who would decide such? Due to a Bush Executive Order (which Obama did not rescind) just one man, the President (not even Congress, or the States), has the authority to declare National Emergency and Martial Law for either economic or health "crisis" reasons . The Constitutional implications of this preparation have not been debated or discussed, particularly about State's rights. Each state has their own controlled "National Guard", and could decide for themselves, instead of a Federal power-grab over this very controversial issue. However the Federal government believes the MEHPA (Model Emergency Health Powers Act) trumps the 10th amendment. But does it? Not according to the Constitution.

Even the left's Maddow sees past his stagecraft with excellent analysis provided, including a Film clip from Minority Report (Tom Cruise film)--a perfect illustration. How come so many others are still blind? The history of tyranny is one of its subtlety in coming under other pretenses and "necessary" measures. Obama is NOT "Mr. Constitution" but proposes a tyrannical new power which he is "developing a new legal framework for" PREVENTIVE DETENTION (contrary to the Constitution) . This will effect American lives, but is being constructed around "terrorism" in the context of strictly foreigners to sell it. Worth watching, though dated, very important. The principle is precisely the same as Bush's PREVENTIVE WAR , where America attacks on the basis of pure suspicion (read propaganda and lies), before any hostile actions are done.

    CATO--"Hate Crime" Laws Are Unconstitutional

"Hate crime" laws are "thought crime" laws, constitute "double jeopardy" (being tried twice for same crime), and violate the 1st and 14th (and also not mentioned, 10th) amendments of the Constitution, this scholar asserts. He also takes the ACLU to task since they ought to know better, and should lead the opposition. The ADL (hypocrites who defame many) is behind "hate crimes" legislation, and is the powerful, private, special interest, propaganda agency to federal and local law enforcement (including FBI) and media, who are the sole self-appointed definers of public orthodoxy and what constitutes "hate" or "hate groups", even "terrorism" watch lists! "Hate Crimes" laws could become the basis of a New American Inquisition , where a certain "orthodoxy" of thought, speech, religious or philosophical beliefs is upheld and requires punishment of all to the contrary. Think about the danger of this! What about "liberty of conscience" and freedom of speech?

Better Than Tea Parties: Support "Enumerated Powers Act"

Want to hold Congress accountable, and change it? This would require Congress to fulfill their oath of office, to abide by the Constitution, on every bill they pass, thus holding them accountable to the people before whom they took that oath. "A legislative act, contrary to the Constitution, is not law". --Supreme Court Justice John Marshall If they did not take their oath seriously, they are liars, and should be removed from office. Only those who want to violate that oath will refuse this bill, for there is no other reason to oppose it. Taking action here is more powerful than any Tea Party. It will still be a National ID card irregardless of what they name it, even if the original legislation is rescinded. The goal is still the Federalization of a State drivers license , which taps into everyone's Socialist Security Number and biometric data (including facial mapping photos) , therefore linking all financial (bank accounts), medical, legal, and personal credit record by hijacking state drivers licenses for surveillance and data-mining purposes --not to thwart terrorists, but to monitor, track "free Americans" at will, whenever they choose (because you all will comply and consent). This was all based upon 9/11 of course and the typical plea of "necessity" toward a Big Brother Security State.

Taxation is a barometer of citizens' freedom versus government power. Read further. Ron Paul clears the fog and the "radicalism" away from this suggestion with sober analysis: You may be surprised to know that the income tax accounts for only approximately one-third of federal revenue. Only 10 years ago, the federal budget was roughly one-third less than it is today. Surely we could find ways to cut spending back to 1990 levels, especially when the Treasury has single year tax surpluses for the past several years. So perhaps the idea of an America without an income tax is not so radical after all.

This global "republican" vision by HG Wells explains alot about what we observe. It is their "brave new world" of world domination being accomplished. This is the vision of psychopaths, literally. Note its relation to revolutionary Freemasonry and its deistic "ethical system". Don't miss the last paragraph, kiss the Constitution (of their own making) good-bye. Nothing less than Eugenics (of which abortion places a role), racism, euthanasia, loss of human freedom to their elitist tyranny is entailed "for the good of mankind". Much of this can now be seen and observed, and people are tricked into subscribing to its radical principles of deciding who lives or dies, who is "worthy" of life and who is not. The entire article is worth reading and cannot be easily dismissed.

    Britain's (and America's) Secret Religion--Deism
    blueridge
    by blueridge  4-12-2009    2
This recent article begins with "the world's most famous atheist" becoming a Deist, i.e. Professor Antony Flew. The reason was this: New scientific discoveries persuaded him, he said, “that intelligence must have been involved” in producing life. In other words, natural reason necessitates belief in a Creator. But the article goes on to describe the difference between Deism, Atheism, and Theism. Any discerning reading (contrary to modern Christian attempts) of America's founders and documents absolute supports that they were not Christians, but Deists, whom, like Thomas Paine, sometimes quoted the Bible, but denied its historical trustworthiness and inspiration, and denied miracles recorded, etc.. It appears Deism is likely to be revived as natural "intelligent design" (which is Deistic, but anti-scriptural philosophy) is made popular and too difficult to deny. Deism is incompatible with Christianity but compatible with Freemasonry, like the Founders.

...or not? The Bush Memos are creating pressure. Answer: No, he will find a way not to or a distraction to avoid it (like war). Obama is covering for Bush instead of "defending the Constitution of the United States", as he swore (as did the Usurper, Bush, too). These CFR members and elite cover for each other (its in their secret oaths), just like Pelosi (also CFR) said "impeachment is off the table" as soon as Democrats had a majority (power) in Congress and could. The only way Obama would "support" this important Constitutional investigation is if he established an "independent commission" much like the phony 911 Commission to cover it all up, or bury it in legal mumbo jumbo. Time to remove the partisan blindfolds. If Obama does not support this then he is obstructing justice and aiding and abetting Bush's abuse of Executive power, and would also therefore be just as untrustworthy.

It must be acknowledged that Ron Paul's principles are vindicated as attractive among conservatives, and been missing from the Republican party. While Romney won the poll this still means Republicans are out of touch with conservatives listening now to Paul outside the heat of political campaigns.      Sen Byrd (D), who raised issues about power with the Bush administration, is very evidently troubled about the abuse of power by the Obama administration. Byrd is the senior Senator and third in line of succession, therefore worthy of this counsel. If Obama does not heed him, of the same party, it will speak volumes. There is apparent reference to Obama's Justice Dept. which raised the issue of Executive Privilege itself to thwart investigation of the Bush administration in court. (See my Clipmark Obama Administration is Covering for Bush Administration ). Not a good sign, and all too familiar, which smacks of rule by Secrecy. Is there anything more anti-American, in the Constitution, than appointing "Czars"--unaccountable heads of agencies to do whatever they please?
