POPSU.S. Covert Operations Against Iran Increasing the war already started. Geopolitical news that will lead to higher oil prices in trading. Note this open statement here in even the MSM: U.S. Special Operations Forces have been conducting crossborder operations from southern Iraq since last year Now how would the US or any country react if foreigners were invading your country and committing covert acts of espionage and proxy warfare by stealth? You would consider it an act of war, wouldn't you? This is proof of how much the US is doing to provoke Iran into war, and how much restraint Iran has actually had.

POPSFeds Settle Lawsuit, $5.8 Million for Anthrax "Person of Interest" Huge cover-up in the anthrax case, and the media is to blame for not questioning the motives, story, of the government looking into this man publicly: The statement also blamed journalists for not questioning the motives of the government's statements or its tactics. Now look at the terms in which the government settled this out of court. Why not let it go to trial instead of paying up? The only motive could be to cover-up the truth of what happened and silence his legal allegations: "The United States does not admit to any violation of the Privacy Act and continues to deny all liability in connection with Dr. Hatfill's claims," So the Feds pay the man $5.8 million for nothing? It was not "Islamo Fascists" who wrote "Allah is great" on the anthrax letters...it was a false flag directed at Leahy and Daschle in Congress! See the 9/11 Anthrax Frame Up

POPSSolution? $2 Gas in 30 Days if Congress Acts Tell them to do it! Legally limiting financial speculation (oil future's trading) by government regulation would send oil prices down to levels based upon physical supply and demand they claim. One only wonders if this would overcome the devalued dollar which also drives prices up. But they should do it immediately! The argument of these financial analysts says that the propaganda about needing increased supply is wrong and that OPEC and Ahmadinejad's analysis is correct that supply is not the problem.

POPSGOA Finds Fraud and Fabrication in Pakistan Aid $5.6 billion to Pakistan since 9/11 that the Pentagon (again) cannot account for with any credibility. "Expenses have been exaggerated, if not fabricated", says the GOA report. Clearly there is black op and covert money channeling going on, while Congress just dishes it out when asked by the Bush administration. Secrecy is a sign of rogue government that cannot be trusted. Your federal taxes at work and unaccounted for.

POPSWest Virginia, Rogue State Formed Unlawfully
It's West Virginia Day June 20th. The state was formed illegally by a minority insurrection 145 years ago. Beautiful state, but with an unlawfully formed government. This is lifted from West Virginia's own archives. History records the controversy. "there is no evidence that the majority of people within the counties which were to compose the new state had ever given its assent to its formation." Fruits of the Civil War, "Old Dominion" Virginia was ripped in half. Virginia has never officially recognized the rogue state of West Virginia in law. Lincoln himself called it merely "expeditious", not legal. Lincoln and Congress had no more authority to permit the state anymore than Bush could authorize West Pennsylvania or Northern California. During the Civil War those who supported the Yankee Union position were called "anti-Virginians". State's rights was greatly trampled which the Constitution itself in the 10th amendment defends. It's been rougher eve

POPSPentagon Missing Nuclear Missile Components Missing: 1,000 nuclear missile components. The Pentagon "shrugs" and says "it's just paperwork...good enough for government work". This article focuses on the response from the Pentagon after the story broke in the Financial times here. Clearly the military and federal government themselves are the greatest security risk. The Pentagon also cannot account for $15 billion in Iraq. Why must Americans keep giving them more when they never manage well what they are allocated? (See the clip "how Congress spends your money)

POPSJune 10: National Call-in to Prevent Iran War ACT NOW! Ron Paul, Bob Barr, Lynn Woolsey and others will be taking part. Also through DownsizeDC Dispatch you can send a letter to Congress. DO IT TODAY, UNLESS YOU WANT ANOTHER IRAQ AGAIN to limit war powers to Congress alone, consistent with the Constitution.

POPSImpeachment Against Bush Introduced the Senate Intelligence report recently lends solid ground (see previous Clipmark): Article 1 - Creating a secret propaganda campaign to manufacture a false case for war against Iraq." Go to the Raw Story article to view the video of its introduction by Kucinich. Sad state of affairs, when a Congressman has to fight his own party Speaker to get the House to order and serious-mindedness about upholding the laws of the land!

POPSSenate Panel Rebukes Bush/Cheney on Iraq War Propaganda Powerful statement and true: the administration repeatedly presented intelligence as fact when in reality it was unsubstantiated, contradicted, or even nonexistent But note this: The report amounts to the most direct rebuke to date of the Bush administration's use of intelligence to build support for the Iraq war. But the document, which catalogs hundreds of statements by administration officials, stops short of calling for any further inquiry or punishment. Is not this grounds for impeachment--misleading a nation, and Congress, to go to war? What! All this misleading and lying, but no accountability?

POPSLieberman Pushing Internet Censorship; Bill in Congress NY Times editorial opposing his attempt to censor the internet. Tell your Senators to oppose this pending legislation , which is a ruse for censorship. Pardon me, but if "Al Qaeda" and "bin Laden" post videos on the internet at radical sites (per neocon propaganda fronts like SITE, and reported by ABC News), why can they not find them? (Those sites are not on YouTube or easily obtained). Answer: Because then there would be no propaganda to support the "war on terrorism" and "homeland security". All of this comes against the backdrop of a troubling Congressional antiterrorism bill that also focuses on the Internet. The Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act, which passed the House last year by a 404-to-6 vote, would establish a commission to study the terrorist threat and propose legislation. The bill, which the Senate has not acted on, has a finding that the Internet p

POPSBugliosi's Legal Case Against George W. Bush, Conspiracy and Fraud about Iraq War This Charles Manson prosecutor has outlined his legal case against George W. Bush for conspiracy, fraud, lying to falsify intelligence, and murder (the consequence) surrounding the case to go to war against Iraq. HE IS ABSOLUTELY SERIOUS, AND WANTS TO PROSECUTE HIM. Vincent Bugliosi received his law degree in 1964. In his career at the L.A. County District Attorney's office, he successfully prosecuted 105 out of 106 felony jury trials, including 21 murder convictions without a single loss. His most famous trial, the Charles Manson case, became the basis of his classic, Helter Skelter, the biggest selling true-crime book in publishing history. The Prosecution of George W. Bush For Murder is available May 27. For more information visit www.prosecutionofbush.com

POPSU.S. House Blocks War Funding--Congress Stands Up Good! Unjust and anti-constitutional undeclared wars have no obligation to be funded. Bring the troops home with the budget in place. Congress is a separate and equal branch of government with the Executive, not its foot stool.

POPSObama's Israel Shuffle--Can He Be Trusted to Change War Policy? He plays to the Israeli Lobby in order to win the election, and they will hold him to it should he gain office. (Hillary and McCain are owned already). The desire for power is what changes, or entraps, men. If they help him win, they will "own" him, like they do most of Congress and every President, which drives the "war on terrorism", for Israel, and foreign policy. Just why does Bill Kristol (neocon leader) speak so well of Obama? Video here.

POPSNAO: Homeland Security Launches New Domestic Spy Program Unbelievable and right in our faces. Brazen domestic spy program launched based upon satellite technology and furthering military involvement in domestic police operations. This is a tyranny matrix, contrary to the 4th amendment of the Constitution, again.

POPSFAA Safety Czar Sabatini Should be Fired for AA Cancellations The godfather of safety at the FAA, Nicholas Sabatini, should be immediately fired for his direct role in coercing the unnecessary and irrational cancellation of over 3000 American Airlines flights for a minor standard violation that did not threaten the public safety, while coddling other airlines with greater violations. His "straining at a gnat, while swallowing a camel" resulted in national travel chaos and economic disaster for which he is primarily responsible. The purpose of the FAA is to prevent public danger or chaos, not create it!

POPSWar in Iraq Conceived in Israel, Election 2008 will mean Nothing... Bush is not the primary problem when it comes to the Iraq and middle east wars. The problem is the neoconservatives and Israeli Lobby that will CONTINUE to influence or control U.S. government unless they are excluded from power. Election 2008 will change NOTHING about war without changing the real parties of power behind the Executive Branch and within the Pentagon and at the threshold of Congress. Of course this is why Cheney in particular is pushing to spark wars with Iran, Syria, and Lebanon before leaving office, so that a transition opposing war will not be an option, and the agenda hastened.

POPSChertoff vs States on REAL ID; South Carolina May Sue Feds Showdown time on REAL ID. The official deadline is May 11th for states to file (beg) for extension from the Dept. of Homeland Tyranny. Montana got an extension without asking for one (still refusing to comply), five Senators request for all 50 states to be exempt from hassle, while Chertoff insists it is Congress that established the deadline (while it had no choice because REAL ID was passed under another bill, without debate). Chertoff is trying to gain compliance, arbitrarily, by compromises, so long as all states eventually comply. Tyranny will enter softly. The big news, and key precedent, that the Feds fear, is that South Carolina may file a lawsuit against them for treating South Carolinians like non-citizens. THIS IS WHAT EVERY STATE SHOULD DO.

POPSPush Congress on Enumerated Powers Act--Restrain Rogue Fed Powers Restrain the government within the Constitution! This powerful proposed law would require Congress to explain (i.e. enumerate) where in the Constitution each proposed piece of legislation is authorized. Consider their inability to justify REAL ID, PATRIOT ACT, Military Commissions Act, domestic spying, and even War with Iraq (without a declaration of war)! The "plea of necessity" is the tyrant's plea, as the founders and early Americans noted well, which has been employed liberally with the Bush administration (as well as many before it). "The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation and foreign commerce." James Madison, Federalist No. 45

POPSTIME Says Americans Don't Care about "Big Brother" Sounds like propaganda to me. People are noticing, they only feel impotent to stop it. They need to get raving mad about it, and fight it now (beginning in the courts and thru law) before it gets embedded. Government usurps more power every day while Americans watch American Idol and entertain themselves to death (even Clipmark trivia), and are becoming like animals in a zoo, where "freedom" is very limited and controlled. Indolence leads to slavery. Only vigilance and zealous action leads to liberty.

POPSMontana Governor to Feds: "Go to Hell" On REAL ID While other governors are cowards and complying this governor is standing up for the Constitution, State's Rights, 4th amendment privacy and challenging what he called the "bluff" of the Federal government with its threats of "special treatment" for citizens whose states are rejecting REAL ID. This is a short, must-listen interview that every American needs to hear.

POPSWireless Cell Provider Gave Feds Backdoor Access BOYCOTT VERIZON! This is why Bush wants Telecoms "protected" instead of free citizens, because of deliberate network of illegal spying on millions of Americans. This was plainly illegal, and probably continues. Congress is being notified and the documentation taken seriously.
7
POPSFBI Admits Spying on Innocent Americans Using "national intelligence letters" from the so-called USA PATRIOT ACT. You are no longer a free citizen protected by the Constitution, but a criminal or terrorist suspect. Note how "credit reports...phone records...internet traffic" are among things admitted to. Your credit report has your entire financial and life history on it. This is why REAL ID must be resisted entirely, as well as the extra-constitutional Gestapo-patterned Office of Homeland Security. The founders always warned that "necessity" is the tyrant's plea, the usual justification for breaking constitutional restraints on government.

POPS9/11 CONTRADICTIONS: Open Letter to Congress and the Press David Ray Griffin is about to unleash truth about 9/11 in a very powerful manner in this book to be released soon. His tenacity is an example of how to push truth against propaganda by this bull dog who will not let go of the bone he has to pick with the official story. Also, listen to him on the Charles Goyette radio show in Phoenix, AZ recently where he brings out the FACT that the FBI says Ted Olson's (who represented Bush and Cheney before the Supreme Court in the Election 2000 controversy vs. Gore) story about a cell phone call from his wife on Flight 77 is not and cannot be true! (This story made Digg). The clip on the audio link about the FBI and Ted Olson's statement is about 80% into the interview.

POPSCongress Finally Challenges Bush on Spying Finally the fear-mongering is being proven overblown and that there is plenty of latitude within the Constitution for even domestic spying, with a WARRANT ISSUED UPON PROBABLE CAUSE. Question: If there is plenty of means by which to conduct LAWFUL domestic spying, then why does Bush government REALLY want greater lattitude? The only answer is to enable spying without accountability or any record of doing so...against any citizens they want!
1
POPSExecute Branch Continues Domestic Spying Despite Sunset of PAA The "Protect America Act" expired last Sat, but the White House, complicit with the new AG Mukasey and National Intel Director McConnell (both neocons) says it will continue (law-breaking) domestic spying "for now", along with help from the Telecom fascist corporations under the pretense of defending against "terrorists who want to kill us all" --while there is no evidence of credible threats or attacks, and the Constitution and law is trampled. This is nothing less than Federal Anarchy! Why should citizens obey the law, if the feds and Executive in particular, do not?
2
POPSMcCain and Lobbyist Vicki Iseman; Affair, Ethics Breach, or Both? She appears to have leveraged his support for her clients in a way that special favors were evident, even out of bounds for a Senator from which her clients directly benefited. Most have forgotten about the Keating Five scandal of which McCain was a part, a gross ethical violation that should have banished McCain earlier from any Presidential consideration.

POPSBush Sends Record $3.1 TRILLION Budget to Congress Republicans are now the party of Big Government. The defense portion is higher also than any time since WWII. While Americans are pinched, the Federal Leviathan is sucking in and spending like never before, and under a republican president.

POPS9/11: Surveillance Cam Proves Pentagon "Attack" a Fraud Surveillance cams vs. 9/11 official story. Funny how surveillance cameras are being heralded by government as able to provide definitive proof of crimes and perpetrators, yet they do not stick with such video evidence when it comes to the official story of 9/11. Instead you must believe their version, even if the video contradicts or fails to support it. Bear in mind that a fabricated story of 9/11 amounts to criminal perjury, fraud, and conspiracy to deceive the American people, and its representatives in Congress. Here is the Pentagon "attack" in live time.
