POPSTruth to Power: MP Galloway Vindicated on Iraq Parliament member George Galloway is now vindicated. For those who missed it this was the most powerful challenge against the phony "war on terrorism" in Iraq ever made, with the some of the best anger Scotsmen have ever uttered. This was a classic show down between him and the Israeli-controlled republicans in US Congress, stupid fools who brought him in under trumped up charges, whom he attacks with vigor. Unfortunately even now, most republicans will not admit it his words true, nor many spineless democrats. But everything he said here was absolutely true. (He is no saint, but he spoke truth to power, as did Sen. Robert C. Byrd prior to the war, though of no avail.) Canada has barred his entry because the Israeli fascists control Canada's foreign policy (as the US and UK too) and have branded him because they know he knows who was behind the war, Israel. (see link for article).

POPSBush Memos: Constitution Suspended Under Plea of "Terrorism" Specifically the 4th and 5th amendments, and Posse Comitatus, which forbids the use of military for domestic policing. The dangerous plea of "necessity" and "war powers" was used. In other words, the Constitution was suspended (in factual actions) and America was under secret Martial Law.

POPSObama Administration Shielding Bush Administration This is "aiding and abetting" and "obstruction of justice", and does not represent change even promised during the campaign. Mark it well. (Remember also that Obama changed his position and supported new domestic spying legislation). Those in the CFR and secret society elite brotherhoods shield each other from prosecution and are therefore "assessories" to each others' crimes against the Constitution, and their oaths of office. Obama is covering for Bush.

POPSRepublicanism vs. Democracy--An Important Distinction
Do not confuse this with the political parties. Ironic that the recent "republican" President talked of "democracy" so much when referring to the form of government of the U.S. and the type it preferred installing through force in "regime change". Direct democracy is the most dangerous to civil liberties , recently greatly trampled through legislation over 8 years, and is NOT the form of government the Constitution formulated. This is why people should not look to party labels, but to policies, legislation, and actions when evaluating Presidents and Congressmen, when the swear to "defend and uphold the Constitution" (not "the nation", but its official "rule of law"), which they usually violate almost immediately. The Constitution formed a "democratic federal republic", a republican form of government, not a democracy! This was first greatly overthrown during the Civil War by the majority in the Northern states when democratic despotism first raised it head.

POPS3rd Trial for "Sears Tower Plotters", Juries Unconvinced Headline should be "third try" in attempt to convict some patsies setup and entrapped for a terrorism propaganda ruse on the public. Juries thus far have not been convinced at all. The men were arrested in June 2006, two years after Larry Silverstein (lease owner of WTC, friend of Benjamin Netanyahu) purchased Sears Tower . What a coincidence, huh? Neither does over 36 percent of the U.S. population (Scripps Howard poll, 2006) believe the official story (also without evidence) of the 9/11 attacks. For all the government has stated about the "threat of terrorism" and "Islamo-fascism" there have been no credible attempts (including a "shoe bomber") since Sept. 11, which cannot be attributed to Bush war policy, nor airport screenings. Anyone could do anything at anytime if determined to. Apparently no one is really determined. But the propaganda has sure worked.

POPSFormer Spook: NSA Spied on Journalists, All Americans Vulnerable The mark of a paranoid government, and therefore a dangerous one. Was the Bush administration afraid of what journalists were going to report on? What other motive might there be? (See video at source). It is typical of tyrannical governments to spy on their own citizens and those who might have information the government wants kept secret. (Clinton did this too using FBI records, mostly on Congress). That Americans are called "free" by Bush and the government while this goes on is to lie to our collective faces. Protest should be made to Congressional representatives to uphold the Constitution and ban all domestic spying forever.
0
POPSBush's Final Act, Legal Defense of Domestic Spying This shows what the Bush admin. is afraid of most, thereby demonstrating that the constitutionality of domestic, warrantless spying does not have firm legal support but was/is probably illegal (unless the 4th amendment has been stricken from the Bill of Rights). Americans, however, should have the same concern about Obama who shows no signs of "change" on domestic spying either: Eric Holder, the incoming U.S. attorney, said the Obama administration supported the spy legislation and would defend it Americans will have no freedom unless the Constitution and our rights are pressed against both the Executive and Congress.
3
POPSKissinger to Obama: Opportunity for New World Order Speaking of the Israel/Gaza "crisis", he says that Obama's task should be to "develop an overall strategy for America", and that "a new world order can be created... it's a great opportunity"! This demonstrates that the "war on terrorism" is really all about this global scheme, the same "new world order" that George H. W. Bush first mentioned publicly in a speech coincidentally on Sept. 11, 1990 (precisely 11 years to the day before 9/11) , Clinton, George W. Bush, Tony Blair, and many others have talked about publicly. It is their dominant theme. Note Kissinger says Israel is "the most important" issue, but refers to other potential tensions, and "jihadists". So both republican and democrat Presidents, now including Obama, are moving toward the same new world order , which the neoconservatives had termed "benevolent global hegemony" led by the U.S.. Kissinger is a CFR member, like Obama

POPSTerror Transition, Passing from Bush to Obama Terror and Security is the context for the Inauguration as the propaganda-creators try to drive the issue above the dominating economic problems to continue the same agenda. It's sickening. Consider the recent events: Bin Laden audio tape, this 'security drill", Bush declaring "state of emergency" for Inauguration, massive and largest security and show of force (missiles at monuments) is all part of a propaganda context to focus the American mind on the chief pretext for continued "change". Obama too is now talking about "defending the homeland" (why not say America?), a term straight out of Nazi propaganda. IT SETS THE WAR AND SECURITY STATE AGENDAS.

POPSJeb Bush Positions for President: Bush/Palin 2012? 'Jeb' (John Ellis) Bush is a member of the neocon think tank Project for New American Century , and he is more popular and well spoken than his (former cheerleader) Yale 'Skull & Bones' brother whose was not known for his academic skills . Williams Kristol (PNAC founder, son of Irving Kristol, father of neoconservatism) publicly conceded during the primaries that the only negative for Jeb Bush (republican Gov of Florida, with a large electoral base) was that America was tired of Bush's in office now. Would Cheney (PNAC member) be his VP, again, too? Or would it be Gov. Sarah Palin whom Kristol and the neocon gang are now grooming? (Yes, this will be the ticket, inauguration 2013--how unlucky). Obama received Kristol's blessing too.

POPSSen. Feingold: Obama Must Restore Constitutional Rule of Law--Immediately Sen. Feingold (the lone Senator who justly opposed the PATRIOT ACT and the War on Iraq) is right on the mark in this, as he was interviewed recently by Bill Moyers (link in clip). failing to act swiftly to reverse the damage could essentially legitimize that conduct and the extreme legal theories on which it was based. Will Obama act swiftly to reverse these powers, and the legislation and exec. orders with it? Democrats in particular should listen to this interview as Moyers asks the question whether Obama will bring the most important Change or not. (I say no, he is a CFR shill, which is how he obtained powerful backing).

POPSThe Federal Leviathan and Its Founding Father History is context, and Big Government started here. This book unmasks the Federal Leviathan (both republican and democrat) that enslaves us from its source in Hamilton and the Federalists, which was greatly illustrated in particularly by the late reign of King George...Bush... and his invention of a Homeland Security government that seeks to supersede (federalize) state powers. (This will be Bush's legacy, the creation of a Monster Federal Government. This is what the Federalist Society, stacked with neo-republicans, is really all about). "DiLorenzo exposes an uncomfortable truth: The American people are no longer the masters of their government but its servants." DiLorenzo unmasks Hamilton as good as he did in The Real Lincoln, "The Great Centralizer" (as Walter Williams refers to Lincoln). One book reviewer concludes with this about Hamilton: If only Aaron Burr's bullet could have spared the man but killed his wicked ideas!

POPSBush's Legacy: Savior and Liberator or War-Monger? His gross delusion continues. Waging unjust wars is not making peace or liberation. "I'd like to be a president (known) as somebody who liberated 50 million people and helped achieve peace" The words of a psychopath: Peace=war, occupation and invasion=liberation? Over 1 million Iraqi's have been killed or died directly due to the Iraq invasion and occupation. Oh to be saved from such "liberation"! Oh, but of course the militant Democro-fascists say that enabling women to vote in Afghanistan makes war and mass killing justified (Scary). As for this: Bush added that every day during his eight-year presidency he had consulted the Bible and drawn comfort from his faith. What blasphemy! The faith of the Bible does not condone murder, "Thou shalt not kill", and ALL UNJUST WAR IS BY DEFINITION MURDER. The Ten Commandments also includes: "Thou shalt not bear false witness"--like LYING to start wars. "W" is for War-monger or Wicked
0
POPSBush Pardons Could Defend Unlawful Administration Acts The Founders warned against such pardons for good reason, yet Bush in his final act may do just that. Such makes a President a law unto himself. James Madison and George Mason argued that the reason we needed the impeachment power was that a president might some day try to pardon someone for a crime that he himself was involved in. This is nothing less than anarchy from the Executive Branch.
1
POPSBush's Financial WMD Speech, Fear to Force Consent Did Bush's speech sound eerily familiar? It should. It's patterned after a more successful one that produced fear and coerced Congress to act. This Clipmark juxtaposes Bush's financial "mushroom cloud" speech --a Warning of Mass Destruction , which he employed last night to manipulate the people to push Congress despite their better judgment-- against his earlier fear-mongering Iraq WMD speech of 2002 urging Americans that "we must act now" and not delay or we could face a "mushroom cloud". The purpose and the pattern of these two speeches are remarkably similar, to use FEAR to cement national consent for bad and unjust policy. And we know the earlier one was entirely bogus. Fortunately, Congress, particularly the fiscal conservative minority among the GOP (who fear losing their base who are calling them socialists) resisted and did not close unjust bailout deal.

POPSThe Bush Doctrine: Preventive, Not Pre-emptive War While Krauthammer (neoconservative columnist) desperately covers for Palin in the aftermath of the ABC Gibson interview Robert Schlesinger gets it right. Palin and Gibson were both wrong, and Palin not even close. His playground analogy makes it clear and that the neocons have confused "pre-emptive war" with "preventive" demonstrates the difference between just and unjust war. For the record, Charles Gibson didn't get the Bush Doctrine right either. But at least, unlike Sarah Palin, he had an idea of what he was talking about (a cornerstone of U.S. foreign policy for the last six years). Read the full article. Recall Ron Paul's excellent line in the republican debates about America's greatest moral problem: "We in the past have always declared war in the defense of our liberties or go to aid of somebody... But now we have accepted the principle of preemptive war — we have rejected the Just War theory of Christianity. [/q

POPSM. Savage: Bush Nationalizes Banks, Freddie/Fannie Bailout "Bush is a fiscal socialist", and says McCain is no better, and certainly not Obama. The bail-out of Freddie and Fannie DOUBLED the national debt over the weekend . The economy is in big trouble. He's right, America is clearly socialist (and has been since FDR), while republicans think Bush is conservative, and McCain will not change that either.

POPSPakistan Furious Over U.S. Insurgency Everything that Bush accused Russia of (not respecting sovereignty of Georgia) suddenly does not apply. Every invasion of Bush's imperial storm troopers (or under Clinton too for that matter, like Kosovo) is always justified, and any other country acting in self-defense or to defend their jurisdictions (e.g. Russia-S. Ossetia) is condemned. And for you hypocritical democrats who want Obama, he already stated he would do the very same thing, invade Pakistan for the "war on terrorism"! (Objective commentary based on principle must spare none who violate it). The hypocrisy is self evident, yet the MSM does not expose it. The wars will NEVER end until the people make the government stop and refuse to support ANY leader who violates the very restrictive principles of just war and the Constitution.

POPSFed Chairman: Economy Bad, Worst "in Memory" It is not just gas prices. Bernanke talks about how inflation has not yet had its full effect , comparing it to a storm that has not yet fully hit the mainland: "Although we have seen some improved functioning in some markets, the financial storm that reached gale force'' around this time last year "has not yet subsided, and its effects on the broader economy are becoming apparent in the form of softening economic activity and rising unemployment,' Bush and McCain do not acknowledge this, and Obama's policies would never fix it. The role that both Bush and Congress have played in RUINING the economy through government overspending (on unjust wars), devaluing the dollar (which is a key factor in inflation), and causing a rise in oil prices, are not discussed. The Fed is not innocent and causes inflation too by printing more money for government overspending from thin air! The Fed Chairman is using this to try to obtain new powers for th

POPSGeorgia's Pres. Proclaimed Attack on S. Ossetia (Aug. 7th) Here is the hard video proof that Georgia announced ITS ATTACK on South Ossetia on Aug. 7th, making Georgia the admitted aggressor. Argue with Georgia' s President if you do not like the plain facts that it shows! Why did not the "liberal" US media show you this? Ask them! Please let your Congressmen know that this documented proof contradicts the MSM and US government propaganda that has painted Russia as the aggressor in the Georgia conflict, while Russia responded to their attack on South Ossetia. Conclusion: The same bi-partisan people, in government and media, who sold you the Iraq lies for war are selling lies about Russia for the same neoconservative agenda (and to get Georgia into NATO).

POPSMissing Emails: What is the White House Hiding? Secrecy is not a mark of trustworthy government, and please do not say this was an accident and that the White House really is trying to recover anything. This is too convenient, since 'executive privelege" claims did not work. By the way, CREW (Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington) is a non-partisan group that went after Larry Craig and is not beholden to either Dems or Repubs, but goes after ALL corruption of either party like pit bulls.

POPSHow to Start War with Russia--101 (Lesson from the Neoconservatives)
Bush Implements Neocon Lesson: Have Condi go to all the satellite states and sign missile placement deals about 100 miles from Russia, then sit back and watch Russia "invade or attack its neighbor" to disarm the threat. Meanwhile, this is precisely what the US was provoked by from Russia in the Cuban Missile Crisis! Purpose? This is part of the neoconservative plan for "global hegemony" which Bush is now implementing just prior to leaving office, ensuring sparked conflict into the next presidency (which would also help McCain, although Obama is a CFR shill too), setting a continuation of the neocon agenda for another four to eight years. Early in his pResidency Bush met with Putin in blue jeans at his Texas ranch. Now he will stab him in the back as he leaves office. This is normal if one reviews US foreign policy since the 20th century and sets the stage for WWIII based upon dangerous absolute Alliances, as Condi refers to with Poland "as much as if it was a US territory"

POPSRon Suskind vs. Bush Admin on Iraq-9/11 Fakery
Suskind's book has provided documentation of evidence and inside witnesses within the CIA and British Intelligence sources that a fake letter was ordered "from the White House" pretending to be from Saddam's Intelligence Chief to Saddam (whom the U.S. relocated and paid $5 million to) which was laden with lies and a claim of ties between Mohammad Atta (supposed 9/11 ringleader), Al Qaeda, and Iraq--back-dated prior to 9/11--which provided deliberately false claims to connect Iraq to 9/11. The White House has denied (see previous clipmark) but award-winning journalist Suskind summarizes his sources and defends his allegations on Democracy Now (see first podcast "listen" link). The second podcast, Aug. 14, includes House Judiciary Chair John Conyers who has already started an investigation under way which will lead to some kind of action. Conyer's stated the the Senate Intelligence Committee, headed by Jay Rockefeller, has the power to review classified documents to verify this.

POPSBush, Mukasey, Cheney Claim Exec Privilege, Obstructing in Plame Case But the Executive has no "privilege" to violate the law, nor to obstruct justice. And Cheney, by his own words, is not part of the "executive branch". Mukasey, the new AG replacing Alberto (Speedy) Gonzales, shows why he was chosen by Bush, i.e. to continue to obstruct justice. As even republican federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald said on the Plame case, "a cloud hangs over the VP office", and Scott McClellan just opened up and published his account that Bush personally admitted authorizing the Plame leak! This is stonewalling to avoid prosecution for a "high crime" worthy of impeachment by George and Dick both.

POPSUS General Accuses Bush Admin of War Crimes 2-Star Army General indicts about Abu Ghraib that the White House "authorized" it: the Commander-in-Chief and those under him authorized a systematic regime of torture. Alot of things have come down on the Bush administration in the last month, i.e. McClellan's book, Bugliosi's book, now this.

POPSPope Mesmerizes Bush Toward Catholicism, Religion of Tyrants
Not surprising considering his religious superstition, theological ignorance, and false Christian views of war (contrary to Christian principles of "Just Wars" of self defense alone) and worship of democracy as a means of saving the world through military Crusades. He would fit right in with tyrants of Holy Roman Empires of the past. The Tower of St. John impressed him--Rome mesmerizes its ignorant victims through superstition, priest-craft, and relics and symbols, without which it is essentially empty. By the way, this is not to let pagans escape, for some of them were also among the greatest tyrants of imperial wars as well--i.e. Alexander the Great (who was a bisexual pedophile), Caligula, Nero, Pharaohs of Egypt and Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon to name a few. Babylon the Great is typified in the Bible as a final world empire that will be destroyed, headed by a false Christian leader, whom the Reformers believed were Roman Popes but would also fit false Christian presidents

POPSGLOBE: White House Cocaine Scandal--Bush Uses as President? Bush is a user as President! The cover story of Globe now. Remember when he "fell" while watching a football game and "choking on a pretzel" on a Sunday after 9/11 and had a big bruise near his eye? It was also published he has had fits of paranoia, and other reports said he saw ghosts coming out of the walls at the White House. Bush found the White House a "creepy place," Mr. Draper writes. After exercising in a White House gym one evening, Mr. Bush told a friend he froze in his steps while approaching the Lincoln Bedroom. Mr. Bush insists "he saw ghosts -- coming out of the wall," according to a friend. This is typical of tyrants and madmen in history--Caligula, Nero, Nebuchadnezzer, etc..

POPSImpeachment Against Bush Introduced the Senate Intelligence report recently lends solid ground (see previous Clipmark): Article 1 - Creating a secret propaganda campaign to manufacture a false case for war against Iraq." Go to the Raw Story article to view the video of its introduction by Kucinich. Sad state of affairs, when a Congressman has to fight his own party Speaker to get the House to order and serious-mindedness about upholding the laws of the land!

POPSSenate Panel Rebukes Bush/Cheney on Iraq War Propaganda Powerful statement and true: the administration repeatedly presented intelligence as fact when in reality it was unsubstantiated, contradicted, or even nonexistent But note this: The report amounts to the most direct rebuke to date of the Bush administration's use of intelligence to build support for the Iraq war. But the document, which catalogs hundreds of statements by administration officials, stops short of calling for any further inquiry or punishment. Is not this grounds for impeachment--misleading a nation, and Congress, to go to war? What! All this misleading and lying, but no accountability?
1
POPSBuchanan:"Bush is Woodrow Wilson on Steroids" Largely defends McClellan showing that the Iraq war was based on propaganda and a cover for a war for democracy, Wilsonian in justification. Good analysis by Pat Buchanan who as a former press secretary is most qualified to review it. (He does jab McClellan a bit at beginning, but then justifies him). See video interview with MSNBC embedded at site.

POPSBush Talks of Another 9/11, Points to Pakistan Assigning blame to a particular country in advance is not only suspicious, but it suggests that a new war theatre is about to open. Ironically, the Pakistani ISI wired $100,000 to Mohammad Attah (one of the key patsies used for 9/11 blame, without evidence) just prior to 9/11. Who wants to wager if another "catalyzing event, like a new Pearl Harbor" will happen before Bush leaves office and before the November elections? It would be too convenient, and benefit only the neocon war agenda. "Motive, means, opportunity" are the key considerations for determining who is behind an event. Israel and the neocons would benefit most and have more means and opportunity, and the ability to cast blame through well placed propagandists into the MSM--just as they benefited most from 9/11, to execute their blueprint for a "new middle east" via "regime change".

POPSPat Buchanan Warns War with Iran Imminent The recent Petraeus testimony set the table. Read this entire article to see how. Buchanan masterfully uncovers what was just done, and how the neocon's desired war can be started before Bush is out! POPSPost-9/11 Memo Shows Disdain for Constitution Bush's "Justice" Dept had written memo claiming that 4th amendment of the Constitution "did not apply". The administration now disavows this position, it claims, yet we see little evidence of their disavowal in regard to civil liberties when it comes to domestic spying, the PATRIOT ACT, REAL ID, or a host of other examples. It was Bush who blurted out that the Constitution is "just a g--damned piece of paper" , when legal challenges were warned of.

POPSMcCain Presidency: Neocons on Steroids "McCain would make Bush look like Ghandi", is what some are saying, and here is why: Take a look at what insiders say about McCain's foreign policy. Then look at his list of neoconservative advisers, particularly William Kristol (who led the Project for New American Century and their blueprint for a "new middle east") and former CIA director James Woolsey, whom former Colin Powell chief of Staff Wilkerson calls "scary". Note his plan for a "League of Democracies" (this is the global plan for PAX AMERICANA, per Clarence K. Streit in 1942) to "bypass the balky United Nations" for a more unilateral approach to gaining international support for war. McCain, though despised by many conservatives, is a dangerous neocon weapon of mass destruction who indeed will make Bush look like Ghandi.

POPSCourt: Bush Intervened Unlawfully to Defend Mexican Gang Killer The question is, why? Maybe someone asked a "favor" of him or Alberto (speedy) Gonzales, who also came from Texas, where these crimes took place. This man even confessed to the murders. Bush used a Vienna Convention (international) statute as the basis for the request for retrial. This had to be either personally or politically motivated.

POPSWar in Iraq Conceived in Israel, Election 2008 will mean Nothing... Bush is not the primary problem when it comes to the Iraq and middle east wars. The problem is the neoconservatives and Israeli Lobby that will CONTINUE to influence or control U.S. government unless they are excluded from power. Election 2008 will change NOTHING about war without changing the real parties of power behind the Executive Branch and within the Pentagon and at the threshold of Congress. Of course this is why Cheney in particular is pushing to spark wars with Iran, Syria, and Lebanon before leaving office, so that a transition opposing war will not be an option, and the agenda hastened.
