basically a beat driven composer. "i tend to create with ideas. much like a painter or designer would create with a palette. it could be the mood i'm in that day, an idea i've had or thrown around, sometimes even a phrase. single, solitary words can be so powerful. that's why i tend to name songs my just one word. i write on the fly. i record a song almost every day. i'm always beatboxing to myself, thinking about rhythm. i'm not like others, i guess, in that way. i don't like sit down and play the guitar and write songs. i love to play and i do remember riffs and have quite a huge collection. i just save them for the right time... the right rhythm... the right word to bring them to life."
