American-backed anti-Qaeda Members Quit After Multiple Friendly-Fire Casualties
    ZachReynolds
    by ZachReynolds  2-18-2008
This sounds like a good way to not only continue the terrorism going on, but to make MORE terrorists in the process. We are angering more people every day our troops walk their streets with guns and bombs, and they WILL attack us if we continue this aggression.

Bush delivers arms sale to Saudi Arabia
    ZachReynolds
    by ZachReynolds  1-14-2008    2
So he's selling $20 billion in advanced U.S. weapons to authoritarian regimes... but at least he's spreading democracy. Why does it seem like a bad idea to pump another $20 billion of weapons and weapon technology into an already war-torn region? "Top among the reasons are the chaos in Iraq that followed the 2003 U.S.-led invasion and the widespread Arab feeling that the United States is biased toward Israel and not serious in seeking Mideast peace." No! It's because they hate our FREEDOM! Not because we continue to occupy their holy land, pump weapons into their countries, and try to overthrow their governments... surely that has nothing to do with it. Last I heard, most of the hijackers who perpetrated the 9/11 tragedy were from Saudi Arabia and UAE, two of the countries we are now selling weapons to... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organizers_of_the_September_11,_2001_attacks

McCain Said Iraq is a Failure--Contradicts himself
    ZachReynolds
    by ZachReynolds  11-29-2007    1
Interesting how McCain directly contradicts himself going out of his way to attack Ron Paul. He was just pissy after Ron Paul's answer to the CFR/NAU question... (BTW, John McCain is a member of the CFR, as is Giuliani, Thompson, Obama, Clinton, Edwards, Dodd, and the list goes on...)

Bush commits troops to Iraq for the long term
    ZachReynolds
    by ZachReynolds  11-27-2007
Bush has repeatedly overstepped his bounds as president, and it is up to WE THE PEOPLE to hold our government to a moral standard. Don't fool yourself thinking that Hillary or Obama would pull us out of Iraq, they are slaves to the special interests just like Bush. We need to restore our honor and integrity in this country by admitting our mistake, and getting out... NOW! Lets stop trying to force people to accept democracy, and embrace our own values as a constitutional republic. Restore the Constitution. Vote Ron Paul 2008. http://www.RonPaul2008.com

Saddam Hussein Offered to Exile Before Invasion
    ZachReynolds
    by ZachReynolds  11-8-2007    8
This article is from September, but is very important because it shows that the Bush administration was intent on going to war with Iraq from the beginning. Saddam offered to go into exile, and the whole war could have been prevented for $1 Billion, and 0 lives lost, but look where we are now...
