There is this homeless man who sells bottled water down a busy street--I really love that guy. He posts posters up all along the street, saying great things like "Homeless, but not hopeless"--and when you look at him--you can just tell. He's a happy, striving guy, striving for better things. If he can do it--I'm sure you can."

POPS[TOOL] FastStone Image Viewer I used to use XnView more but now, I prefer FastStone. Excellent UI and it's pretty responsive. One notable downside is it doesn't open nearly as many file formats as XnView, but it does do a swath of popular ones. Also really useful for cropping stuff without having to open a "heavier" app.
