But to get it, you had to download AND install it before 2am CST, 11/29. HOWEVER, in the comments on this page, several other free screen capture programs with no time limits were mentioned, and I have clipped those comments here.

POPSCopy color palettes from old masters to your own photos Someone asked in a forum: "within the last 6 months or so, I came across a program (freeware) which claimed to let you make any of your images have the "look" of another image. In particular, if you had an image of say a Rembrandt painting, you could copy that look to one of your own images. No doubt photoshop experts can do that sort of thing, but I haven't got photoshop." The forum replies included a link to a great Photoshop tutorial and a image editing plug-in called Matrix ( panix.com ) that works with Irfanview and Paint Shop Pro.

POPSFree software to create greeting cards The description says this is a "creative game," but that is incorrect. Perhaps they meant to say "creative gem?" It is free software to design and print your own greeting cards. Great for kids.

POPSFree Help File Authoring Tool from Vizacc I just found about a superb piece of freeware called HelpMaker from Vizacc. http://www.vizacc.com/ As well as the text editing application it comes with a range of other tools such as a button maker, pdf creator, a screen capture tool, and more. It is so good, I cannot believe it is free.

POPSMake collages from online photos Collagr.com gives users the ability to generate backgrounds from images they have stored in multiple places on the internet. They can then place that background image on their MySpace/YouTube/Break.com page. Right now they only support getting images from Flickr, but they are adding a lot more image sources and extra graphic editing functionality very soon.
