POPSMake collages from online photos Collagr.com gives users the ability to generate backgrounds from images they have stored in multiple places on the internet. They can then place that background image on their MySpace/YouTube/Break.com page. Right now they only support getting images from Flickr, but they are adding a lot more image sources and extra graphic editing functionality very soon.

From there, pages can be edited and revised as well as marked private, public (viewers would require a password to edit it) or open so that anyone can edit and view it as they wish. POPSCopy color palettes from old masters to your own photos Someone asked in a forum: "within the last 6 months or so, I came across a program (freeware) which claimed to let you make any of your images have the "look" of another image. In particular, if you had an image of say a Rembrandt painting, you could copy that look to one of your own images. No doubt photoshop experts can do that sort of thing, but I haven't got photoshop." The forum replies included a link to a great Photoshop tutorial and a image editing plug-in called Matrix ( panix.com ) that works with Irfanview and Paint Shop Pro.
