I'm not afraid of snakes, but that's simply not something I want to see sitting in my yard at six in the morning when I go to work. Is it really so hard to drop it off at a shelter or something? I even know of pet shops that take in unwanted reptiles.

POPSEmperor Scorpion Very Good With Children It's an old article, but I thought that last sentence was interesting. Makes me wonder how many parents have bought their little Sally or Billy a scorpion as a pet. Well, I'm sure it'd help with their fear of the creepy crawlies if they met one that didn't hurt them.
