POPSNot all fat harms liver Like "Good", and "Bad" cholesterol, different fats are processed in different ways, and can have positive and negative effects. Learning more about these distinctions is giving us more insight into the human metabolism, and provides clues to prevent, or reduce the incidence of diseases we know too little about, such as diabetes. If we can't find something by direct observation, we can study effects, and associations, in an effort to trace, characteristics which can be then be verified scientifically.

POPSMore young Adults on anti-cholesterol drugs No mention of a healthy diet. One Doctor says it is good young people are taking preventative medicines at an early age. No doubt good for drug companies who want to establish a customer base. Of course a healthy diet makes too much sense. Very little profit is seen in people learning to cook their own meals. It's just so easy to eat ribs, burgers, and fries, then take a pill. Perhaps they should include the medication in fast food 'meals'
