POPSSniff the Greatest Sex Drug... Ever Not quite sure what I think about this in the long run - the potential for abuse seems staggering. But then, the potential for spicing up a marriage seems quite, er, potent as well. I guess we'll all find out when it gets here!

POPSBetter Posture = Better Health Old Lifehack article I'd forgotten about, but stumbled upon and figured other people might enjoy. This tip has helped my posture considerably, I think - I do tend to slouch when I'm not reminding myself not to.

POPSLucid Dreaming - Silent Lucidity I've had one or two lucid dreams in my life, and it's definitely a "skill" I'd like to develop more. Neat article, as the ones on Damn Interesting always are.

POPSAbistenence-only education does. Not. Work. Promoting abstinence before marriage is fine. It usually doesn't work, but it's still a good thing to do. Pretending that "don't do it!" is an *educational* statement, however, is and has always been ridiculous. Your children - my children - everyone's children are going to make their own decisions. The responsible educational choice is to provide them with the information, so that at least when they make that decision they won't make it ignorantly. Of course, this study's results are not a new revelation. The question IMO is, how many folks will still think that sticking one's head in the sand at the expense of their childrens' well-being is the way to go?

POPSTrial By Jury - Richard Dawkins Worth reading the whole thing, as the argument is fairly complex. An interesting take on the goals of the U.S. justice system, and whether those goals are being achieved.
