POPSHmmm... Maybe I should keep my porn on an USB drive... So I saw this little bit about Geek Squad on Ariel Waldman's blog. Okay, so all of my porn is already on an external USB drive so I don't have to worry about it, but in case you didn't know, here's a clip to make you consider what you leave on your hard drive before seeking professional help with your computer. :-)

POPSNice water drop shot This is the first photo that came up on Flickr's Explore page for me this morning. Very nice. I just remembered, though, that last week Flickr released a new "Send to Friend" feature, so there kinda wasn't a need to clip this photo, but I already did, so here it is.

POPSBlogs are dieing I totally agree with Carsten. I haven't been blogging as much. Not that what I say is very important. But honestly, blogging isn't all there is to being on the internet. Feeds are king - not blogs.

POPSLast.fm reads Flickr tags for event photos I knew that Last.fm had event information and you could say whether you're attending an event or not. So, knowing that The Roots would be in town this weekend, I thought I'd check on the events in Last.fm for this weekend. Sure enough, one of their venues was listed. Then I was pleasantly surprised to see that I could get my Flickr photos (after posting them of course) to show up on their event page just by puttting the "lastfm:event=243720" tag on those photos. Seems like a good use of tag data to me!!! I can't wait to post photos. :-)
