Maybe you already said through Paul. 2 Cor 11:19-21"Since you sit there in the judgment seat observing all these shenanigans, you can afford to humor an occasional fool who happens along. You have such admirable tolerance for impostors who rob your freedom, rip you off, steal you blind, put you down — even slap your face! I shouldn't admit it to you, but our stomachs aren't strong enough to tolerate that kind of stuff. What free country ever held on to their rights by not standing up for them and defending them. In America we have the 4rth Amendment only if we use it. And if enough of us don't use it, perverts like these are invited in and will have free reign over us.

Then, a week later (today) they drop the charges. They harassed him for since April 2009.
