    Phillip Lim Flourishes?
    Lauren Sherman
    by Lauren Sherman  4-13-2009
Imran Amed recently sat down with Wen Zhou, the wunderkind CEO behind contemporary fashion brand 3.1 Phillip Lim. The story is an old one--Portfolio mag featured Zhou over a year ago in its pages--and Amed failed to address the fact that the creative direction of the label--originally pegged as American sportswear with a twist--has been muffled. Would have been interesting to hear what actual consumers think about the label right now, rather than just hearing from its biggest fan.
