     Where the courts and the media are remiss in this case is most obvious: THE LAW'S SEX STATUTES ARE SEXIST. Even the court's decision to release Wilson labeled his actions a crime albeit a misdemeanor rather than a felony. How many 17 year old girls have ever been convicted of a sex crime for having consensual sex with a teenage boy?
