POPSRecord Industry Goes After Personal Use So you pay for the CD and then load it into iTunes to put on your iPod and now that is illegal? Are these people so desperate for money they are now going after the end user who has already paid for it?

POPSCoal Next Year The story itself is all you need. I think there is a heck'va lot more going on here than meets the eye.

POPSInfantryman Re-enlists from Hospital Bed These are the people that Harry Reid wants to stop paying. Even with that posibility hanging over their head, and recovering from wounds, they love their country enough to keep at it.

POPSDon't Say That!! The most frustrating thing to hear when you need help anywhere is "I don't know". I learned during my time doing a temp-job as a phone customer service rep to never say "I don't know", the best thing is, "I'm not sure of that answer, but if you will hold on I will find it for you, or someone that knows." Take charge folks!!!

POPSHoly Boss Hatred Batman! I mean I've had some really bad, bad bosses in the past and probably will have some in the future - but I've never thought about killing them. Wonder why he just go get another job?

POPSAttorney Dissects "Big Eddy Club" I bought this book because I know some of the people from the PD that were involved in this case. For the first time in my life, I threw a book in the trash unfinished. If you want a completely distorted view of the south - read it, because that is what you will get. The author leaves the impression that Phenix City, AL is still the human waste disposal it was before martial law was ordered and it was cleaned up to be the respected community today. Rose lead the reader to believe all the blacks in Columbus, GA live below Macon Road and all the whites live north of it -- still. That is not true. And his superior European attitude about the US's way of dealing with our criminals is your typical "look down your nose" type. As for the story of Gary - consider Mr. Rose is an advocate against the death penalty and believes that the oppression of the "black man" still goes on in the 'evil' south to this day. And eventually he ended up on Gary's legal team.

POPSMayor "hearts" Hugo: Residents Steamed Okay - so next time vote in a Republican or Independent. I lived in this town for 8 years early on in my life. This mayor has been nothing but an embarassment for this wonderful southern town.

POPSDNA Test Clears Chris rock She gets a DNA test that disputes her allegations and she "dismisses" it - why? Because its all about the $$$ and not the welfare of the child. Maybe the court needs to take the child away from her since all she seems to be wanting to do is use him as a meal ticket.

POPSToo Skinney Models Outlawed? Its sad when people believe we have to have a law about everything because people don't have the common sense god gave a goose to realize that models too thin are not the norm.

POPSVick has No clue He doesn't grasp what's going on around him because anyone that can be a part of, condone, or know about the abuse of animals in such a way without stopping oit has no soul. He obviously was never taught the value of life, allbeit human or animal, from an early age, so can't understand why people are so upset about what he's charged with. Very sad really.

POPSFDA to review Avandia I HATED this medication when the doctor started me on it. Diabetics are suppose to watch their weight, but this stuff put the pounds on no matter how little I ate, or worked out. Thank God I'm in control with Lantus and Metformin now and don't need Avandia or Actos.

POPSSex Offenders Freed in NY I don't mind if people are let out of jail after their sentence to society is completed. But when it comes to sex offenders, wouldn't it be better to have them bused to another facility and have them evaluated instead of just "set free on society?" And no, I do not believe hardened sex offenders can be rehabilitated. But the last line is telling ...

POPSAlpha-Lipoic Acid I started taking this about 6 months ago and wasn't really sure if it would help the numbness I was starting to experience from my diabetes. About a month or so ago, I ran out and didn't reorder. I didn't think it was working. Boy was I wrong. Within 2 weeks I found there was numbness in my toes and knees. I reordered and took a double daily dose for the past month and I'm 98% numbness free. Everyone is different, I'm not a doctor, just a person with diabetes that this has helped.
