The Connecticut-based Miles Foundation, which provides domestic-violence assistance to military wives, has said its caseload has more than quadrupled during wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. POPSWhere is the Hope? Comment on this... Not a particularly palatable topic, but well written, and a sad indictment upon the good people that may still be living in the US for delusional hope, that all can be justified. The whole darn business seems to be one friggin' mess and pack of contradictions from topic to topic, scenario to scenario ... what kind of nightmarish society is being created in the name of freedom and so-called democracy? More like "demonocracy" ... it would seem!

POPSIllegal dumping of Girlfriend According to investigators, the man had lived with the sophisticated doll for several years after his wife passed away, but decided to part with her after making plans to move in with one of his children. “It seems he grew attached to the doll over the years,” said the chief investigator. “He was confused about how to get rid of her. He thought it would be cruel to cut her up into pieces and throw her out with the trash, so he proceeded to dump her illegally.”

POPSMurder's You Can Feel Sorry For The experience turned the young Americans not only into professional documentary makers but gave direction to their lives. Their direction is to bring attention to this human disaster, hoping that the attention will force governments to apply pressure to resolve the conflict and free the children. You can also make a difference in the lives of these children. But you are going to have to watch the film first.

POPSThe Massacre that Haunts the Pentagon given the Taliban's horrific record, the prisoners had it coming. Newsweek concluded that there was enough evidence to justify a "fully-fledged criminal investigation". "Politics is the art of the possible," The Pentagon has so far declined to answer several tricky questions, among them, were US soldiers present when the containers were first opened at Shiberghan prison?

POPS US Media Hiding Film from Americans This film is very controversial as it alleges American war crimes in Afghanistan. The producer in an interview claims that the Pentagon, State Department and US media have done their best to keep this film from Americans. Two of the Afghan witnesses interviewed in this film have since been murdered. I'm going to watch some of this...just wanted to hurry up and clip to post for everyone.
