The charges contend that these defendants conspired with each other and others to devise, fund and participate in the final phase of the implementation of a covert international bioweapons program involving the pharmaceutical companies Baxter and Novartis. POPSDrug Co. Merge to Reduce Prices? It's a little confusing but I think these big company's have their act together since they are able to predict probable finances up to 2013...I think I read something about reducing prices...but not sure if it's for us or them....anybody understand what this all means?? How can our government pay them without getting more tax money out of us?? The ones that are already in the military are already struggling to survive themselves...it takes a lot to shelter,feed,clothe a family...the only real benefit is free health care ( I wouldn't doubt that they would cut this out in order to pay all the new trainees) Who knows?
