Believers, please read that - and let's discuss it
Guillaume
by Guillaume  3-30-2006    40
Let's begin another discussion from scratch, shall we ? If we can, let's try not to bark or yell at eachother and be reasonable. I know we can do it.

Robots break Asimov’s first law
Guillaume
by Guillaume  3-15-2006    5
Asimov's first law of robotics (in his SF books) is that robots can't harm humans. Those new US army combots will not only be able to, they will be built for that. Soon the Matrix ?

Colibri - Best ever Windows Application
Guillaume
by Guillaume  3-19-2006    5
Basically it's a launcher that indexes all your applications on your harddrive. Then Colibri is activated using a specific shotcut, like CTRL+SPACE, and you can launch any application from it entering just the first letters. Plus it looks good.

BBCodeXtra - Firefox Extension
Guillaume
by Guillaume  3-2-2006    19
Thanks to Skwirlinator for that - it's indeed a great Fox extension. It allows you to add BBCode tags directly from the context menu to forums that support it (to make quotes, bold or italic texts for ex). It works like a charm in Clipmarks comments. Very nice.

I know this is old news. Just to refresh some memories. It comes from the time Saddam was such a friend for America that they installed it in power.
