And like every other government mandated program IT FAILED! Not only did it fail it FAILED miserably.The truth is it made the matter worse than if they would have left the girls alone. POPS13 yr old teenager charged in prostitution crime This story saddens me and sickens me at the same time. I have only one question and that is, is this club Metropolis still open for business? It should be burned to the ground. All patrons, workers, owners etc. should be arrested and charged with corruption of minors at the very least. Oh you may say that is extreme but you can not tell me that NOBODY there knew this was not going on. Everyone present at the time of the arrest should be charged with something.

POPS25% of American Teen girls has an STD I guess passing out condoms in school is not helping to educate our young people about the hazards associated with recreational sex. The article goes on to deride abstinence teaching as incomplete. Perhaps what we really need to teach these young people is the sinfulness of recreational sex. The bible calls this fornication. Society calls it recreation.

I guess the reason for that is most churches do not preach about sin anymore. So then society is left to it's own devises to come up with respectable behavior.

However; I have seen and heard a lot of things lately that used to be taboo only to see them becoming more and more mainstream.
