 I look back at stressful situations in my life. Wow! I see a difference in the way I carry the load. When I had a poor attitude (carrying a load with negativity; pessimistic; viewing things as burdensome) the load just got heavier. The situation escalated. Overall I had to handle more stress. However, when I had a good attitude (carrying a load positively; optimistic; viewing things as surmountable) the load was manageable. The situation simmered. Overall reduced the stress. Good goal for this year: carry the load with positive energy.
