POPSRihanna's Magic Mood Ring You are probably saying to yourself, “Uh, how can she stay with him after that beating?” If that were me I would leave and never return. This is easier said than accomplished for victims of dating or abusive relationships.

POPSSafety Is An Illusion For Victims It is upsetting to see troops rally in the form of doctors and public officials when the media reports the onset of reported flu outbreaks in a few states usually amounting to about 20 people causing folks to take action. And yet we have hundreds of thousands of women murdered or terrorized in their homes and they can not even get carfare to save their lives!

POPSCasey Anthony’s Attorney Goes After Volunteers Who Searched for Caylee I have to take Tim Miller's side in this issue. If he is forced to give up the private information of the folks who selflessly volunteered to search, it will set a dangerous precedent for the future of all volunteer organizations. If people think there is a chance their privacy is going to be invaded, the numbers of volunteers will likely drop.

POPSStalking=Violence=Missing I have always felt strongly about the connection of domestic violence to missing mothers. Almost every case I researched there was a connection. So it only makes logical sense to me if we can reduce the incidents of domestic violence, we will at the same time reduce the incidents of missing women.

POPSChicagoland Missing Mothers Almost a year has passed since Stacy Cales Peterson whispered to her sister Cassandra Cales that if she disappeared it was not an accident that "He killed her", almost a year since she went missing without a trace leaving behind her babies, her home, her family, her friends, and almost a year since the body of Kathleen Savio was exhumed and her once called accidental death declared a homicide. These women, one now a victim of homicide who left behind a haunting plea for help to the state begging for help before he killed her, and one who begged her sister to find her if she disappeared because she feared for her life, as different as their cases are today -do have common ground. Both women were married to Drew Peterson, both women feared for their lives, both women tried to get help and get away, and both women were too late.
