POPSGoogle Chrome getting even faster? Chrome is not my default browser, since I can't surf without my many Firefox plugins. But I do use it quite a bit because it is blazingly fast -- much more than Firefox or IE.

POPSGoogle Launching Translation Service It may seem odd that Google is merely pairing up real-world translators with clients, and not offering some sort of machine translation, like the now-Yahoo-owned Babel Fish. But it's likely this service is a first step towards that -- if Google can scan and analyze all the translated documents that go through this service, it will improve their technology considerably.

POPSGoogle Hits Your Gas Station This is a pretty cool idea, certain to be a hit with those drivers who find it embarrassing to ask for directions. But how long until we see brawls at the gas station because some jerk's hogging the pump while he surfs for directions to Aunt Mabel's?
