POPSOh, Look Everyone, Sen. Thurman Adams is Being Open As everyone knows in Delaware that follows local politics, no one has opposed open government more in the Delaware Legislature than Sen. Thurman Adams. My blog Delaware Watch provides ample evidence for the claim. But notice how Adams covers up for the fact that he won't allow anyone to comment at Atkins' confirmation hearing by pointing out that unlike before the public can mutely witness the hearing. Apparently, for Adams, denying Delawareans a voice in their own government isn't tyrannical as long as they can experience it personally on site in the Delaware Legislature. We are supposed to be grateful to him for this? What has he been smoking?
