I'm a single mom who at 38 years old discovered I had A.D.D. I have been on a research and advocacy bent ever since.

I believe in the positive side of A.D.D., and know that through research, education and awareness, we can all work together to make life a wonderful one for all of us.

One thing you should know about me right off is that I don't call A.D.D. by it's diagnostic term. I use the term Abundant Creativity Effect or ACE. For those without A.D.D., I use the term Systematic Thinking and Reasoning or STaR.
