 the skins for gmail are scripts created by users not affiliated with google, so it's probably a good idea to read over the notes before installing; I've used the super clean skin on my PC in the past and didn't experience any problems....

 I've been using it for more than few days now, it is a pretty good reader, works best if you supply it few feeds and not a lot. I find it better to scroll my My Clipper's list and few other news sites. Give it a try.
