POPSNew Testament - on Women's rights So many translations; so many interpretations; but sometimes they all say essentially the same thing... women are second class citizens... thus saith the Lord. Is the word of god "subject to" the culture of the times? Or do we change the interpretation of god's word to fit our sensibilities at the time? Perhaps we create god's word as we go. Certainly our interpretation does.
